Although, I loved the location and close proximity to the beach of this condo it wasn't in good condition. We got in pretty late on the first night and the condo was so damp we had to mop the floors. There also was an old moldy smell that lingered the whole stay and the bedding was damp. The master shower was not draining properly and didnt have a seal in the doors so it kept overflowing to the floor. We contacted guest services someone came out the next morning for both. They got the air working and drain unclogged. When night came the air stopped working again. We called guest services everyday until we left, but no one else ever came to fix. The last 2 day the condo got up to 79 degrees. We were hot and sticky and just ready to go at thay point.

Fantastic views & well-located stay

We came to Destin/Miramar Beach for the Luke Combs concert. We had never been in the area but after some research we found this gem at Mainsail condos. It was located in a good spot and right on the gulf. We could uber to Destin Harborwalk and 30a with ease. We probably would rent a car next time, but the location and the place did its job. We had a great time on the beach and enjoyed the view. We didn't cook a lot, but it sure looks like you have what you need for a nice dinner. My only thing was an option for early check in. I would have paid more if I could have had an option to get in early. I would stay here again for sure.

Amazing views perfect getaway for couples

Our stay was amazing! The check in was easy as well as parking. Communication with the host was top tier any question I had I could call or text and receive a quick response. The host Robert even sent a list of local restaurants to check out doing our stay since it was our first time in Destin. The condo is exactly what is pictured. We enjoyed the balcony the most just to look out and enjoy the views of the Gulf and watch the sunrise and sunset! Loved the smart kitchen appliances as well. If you’re looking for a couples getaway I would highly recommend staying here and the beach is only a 5min walk and you get two beach chairs with an umbrella!Thank you Robert for hosting us!! We will definitely be back soon.

Looks exactly as described online

Nice place with a great set up. Has everything you need for a getaway. Property has all the amenities you need and is about 150 yards within walking distance to the whitest beach and greenest water that Destin/Miramir has to offer. The view from the balcony to the beach is pretty. The facility has a pool, hot tub, and a gym. Check in was simple with security . I also liked that it was a gated community.

Amazing view!

The condo is exactly how it was posted but the pictures of the view do not do it justice! My mom and I sat on the patio every morning and evening just to see the view. It was so beautiful and relaxing. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful. Overall, I loved my stay and would definitely recommend.

This property was just as listed. Very easy to get to Condo. Elevator straight across from condo. The facility was well manicured and pretty. The beach is Beautiful. Check in and out is a Breeze. I would definitely recommend the condo.

Nice family vacation

The condo was great. It was clean, had all the necessary kitchen utensils we needed. The master shower did leak on the floor every time we took a shower but that’s the only downside. The view was incredible. The beach was the best part. We had a great time and I would stay in this unit again.

We loved everything about this property. There were a few issues that need to be addressed..the master bath shower is not properly sealed on the bottom so the bathroom floor gets wet every time you shower, the master bedroom closet door was broken and the kitchen garbage did not close.We are strongly considering booking again next year.

Absolutely the best unit! Unit was clean and in a great location to the beach. Enjoyed the ease of getting to the beach. The chairs and umbrella were an added plus! We will be staying here in the future.

Beautiful private beach!

Beautiful views from the 7th floor. Also, liked that the balcony was very private! Nice that beach chairs & umbrella are provided. The kitchen is very well stocked and equipped with all you would need for cooking meals. Comfortable beds. Good location! Just a little trouble communicating with the owner. Getting access codes and wi-fi codes, etc. but it all worked out. I would still recommend this condo. Thank you!

Very nice place, however, no towels in kitchen, no cabinet space for any groceries, shower flooded bathroom ever time someone took a shower, even with the shower head pointed opposite of shower door. Water runs directly off shower curb into the bathroom.

Overall appearance was nice!

We bought this as a present for our son and his family. The write up on it says newly remodeled. YES...new sofa, kitchen was beautiful, and definitely a new paint SMELL. Maybe some mold smell too? Other reviews were right on, and I believe the owner tried to fix it. It probably just needed a DEEP cleaning, and a touch up before the kids got there. We didn't want to complain, just have a good time, so we dusted stuff off and opened windows. We were next door in Robert's other unit, also under remodel, but it wasn't a problem at all, so our family spent most of the time with us there.
