The indoors boast a first and fourth floor game room, a dining table for 16, and a 5th story observation deck where you can watch the sun go down. But with the humid temps in Florida, you’ll likely be spending most of your time outdoors in the pool. We had 10 adults and 11 kids, and this home handled our group perfectly. Everyone loved the property — spacious, very clean, and exactly as advertised. The golf cart was a huge bonus, and beach access was an easy 5-minute walk. The rooftop views were great, and the pool/outdoor areas made it ideal for both kids and adults to relax and hang out.Communication with property management was quick and helpful throughout. All the adults agreed — this was an excellent stay, and we would absolutely book again.

Some of the amenities were lacking, had seen better days, or not working. The floors were not very clean. However, the property manager was very responsive and remedied most of our concerns. Very close to the beach. House had plenty of room. It truly sleeps 30. The house is immense.

Beautiful home made it difficult to leave the place

This house is well suited for large family gatherings. The table was big enough to have 2 puzzles going, board games, and dinner placed, all at the same time. Plenty of room to spread out and the pool/hot tub combination was enjoyed each day. We thoroughly enjoyed the space.

Enjoyable Home

We enjoyed our stay here! Would definitely recommend. Communication was great and they handled everything professionally. Make sure they have the hot tub jets fixed before your next stay and be prepared to walk up A LOT of stairs as the elevator isn’t alway reliable. This was a great home. We would stay here again!

Great Luxury Family Vacation Home

We booked Soggy Dollar to host a family vacation of 30 people. It’s a luxury property with all the amenities that you would ever want or need. The only drawback was the elevator was not working properly so we had lots of stairs !

Soggy Dollar did not disappoint!

One week was not enough! We had a huge group but plenty of room for all. Massive living room and kitchen were the highlight of the home. Pool was wonderful just outside the cool bar. WiFi was spotty and dropped out frequently - but that is an extremely minor nitpick.

Very nice Property

Beautiful property and great customer service to most all concerns during our stay. The only disappointing issue was the control panel on the hot tub went out the last two days of our trip. We were told it would be fixed on the next day after we reported as not working, However it was not repaired. The weather was cool and rainy most of the time we were there so the hot tub was very helpful.
