Great house perfect for our family

Overall the house was great. We had a few issues and contacted them; someone was out the next day. The pool was not cleaned before we arrived, so they came out and took care of this. AC downstairs was not working they had to order a part and then it was working perfectly. The hood was not working on the stove and come to find out they knew about this so it would have been good to be notified. Overall we loved the location and the house was perfect for our family of 15. Each couple had their own bathroom. We would highly recommend it.

Amazing House

This house is amazing g for a large group! We loved that each bedroom had their own bathroom. The backyard with the pool was amazing! And the golf cart was perfect for the short trip to the beach. Management company was friendly and even called me after the first day to see if there anything they could do for us. Highly recommend!

Offsite Team Meeting

The home was as described and perfect for six co-workers who enjoyed the king bedrooms each with private bath, the proximity to the beach and nearby restaurants and the 6-person golf cart that came with the rental. All in all it was a great experience and one that I would recommend.

Great layout for LARGE groups!

The fact that each of the 6 bedrooms had a bath attached was amazing. Clean and comfortable beds with a great location made our family Thanksgiving trip a wonderful one!

Well kept property.

A few well used areas like a cracked fridge drawer but overall a great stay. We loved the layout and the pool was actually warm!plenty of towels for the bathrooms. Nice pillows/bedding. Dryer did not work well and likely needs replaced.

Our Miramar Vacation

The property is great it was everything advertised and more. When you go make sure you stop and take time for Rolled Ice Cream and the Bad Ass Coffee by the beach. The Property is close to the beach and has great restaurants and shopping and the neighborhood is quiet. For us myself and my wife and my three adult sons and their two wife's with our three grandkids 1, 2 and 5 - it was perfect. Everyone had such a good time even with one rainy day - there was plenty to do in Destin/Miramar Beach. And we are looking forward to our return to the same property.

Family Getaway

The location of the house was awesome and having the access to the golf cart was key. The beaches were awesome. We enjoyed having the pool as the weather didn’t cooperate late in the trip. We were disappointed in the overall condition of the property. The rocks around the pool area were overgrown with weeds. We pulled the weeds because it was so bad. The house was mostly clean but wasn’t what we expected and a few items were broken on checkin. These items were corrected when reported.

Family Vacation 2022

We loved it! A total of 4 families with teen agers and infants and we had the best time! The location to the beach was great. The house is kid friendly with baby gates, chair with feeding tray, and a wagon that is used for walking outside; this got used a lot. Having the use of the golf cart was very convenient. We had an issue with the pool (water flow and starting to turn green). Called and the pool guy showed up the next morning and had the pool looking great within the hour. The only thing that could have been better was the pool guy showing up earlier, but we were still able to use the pool so all was well. We would definitely use this location again!

Water heater stopped working briefly but someone came our within 2 hours and had it fixed. I wish that the unit had a vacuum cleaner. Family/Friends Trip

Great location and house is pictured accurately. We had a rail fall on the steps but they quickly responded to our call. Golf cart was nice to get to and from the beach. Beds were comfortable! Kitchen had all items we needed for cooking. Only issues: pool area needs weeding and water pressure is not very good (but these are very minimal complaints)

The most amazing vacation ever.

We had the most amazing vacation at this house ever. From the pool right outside the back door to having use to the golf cart. Every bedroom has its own en-suite and that was huge for us. We had ages 75-1 years old. Of course there were quite a few things that could be updated and we were completely bummed the light in the pool didn’t work but at the end of the day these things didn’t take away from a perfect family reunion vacation. Good chance we’ll be back next year!!!

Perfect for family!

We had a total of 8 adults and four children and it was the perfect size! Having an open living room, dining and kitchen was ideal for having us all together at the same time. Plenty of sleeping spaces and bathrooms. Loved that they provided high chairs, baby gates, baby utensils, and all the pool/beach toys your kids could ever need. Heated pool and golf cart were clutch! Super responsive staff and would definitely book there again!

Very nice stay

Everything worked out great. Before arriving, we got a call there was problem with the golf cart, but they got a replacement before we arrived, so that worked out well. Convenient location, close to the beach but close to everything else - restaurants, shopping, etc.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY

This experience was awful, by far the worst one I’ve had. I booked this vacation back in September, telling them I wanted the heated pool since we would be vacationing in February, no one ever got back to me until JANUARY! Telling me it would be heated.. we get to the property and they didn’t even turn the heated pool on, when I called they said “oh someone must have not put down that you wanted it”.. mind you they fixed it but it took them 3 hrs and me having to call TWICE to get anyone to come out. Then we quickly realized the whole house did not have hot water! And 3 of the tvs were not working. I called again! Telling them the hot water didn’t even work in this house and that 3 of the tvs didn’t work either and they told me they would send someone out.. well 5 hours later and no one came or called so I had to call AGAIN for the 4th time in two days to tell them no one has came to fix our water and we’ve been here for two days now.. they told me “oh no one put the work order in”.. AGAIN.. so then they tell me “oh well get someone to come out right away”.. took them 3 more hours to get someone to come out.. 9hr trip, 2 days without hot water, and a house full of people we were not happy.. finally someone came out to fix all of those things and the next morning I get up and see that the fridge is now leaking.. I called and no one ever showed to fix it! I literally had to call ever single day on this vacation over stuff that 100% should have been taken care of before our arrival.. ridiculous! I’m trying to enjoy vacation not get you all to do your job.. I finally on the 4th day with the continuing problems asked for a partial refund because this was not a relaxing vacation. It was me baby sitting people who we’re supposed To be doing their job and making us a priority.

We visit Destin every year and this property was in a great location..the golf cart was great as we used it to get to the beach. Even when we had a issue there was 24hr maintenance number to fix our issue and that was great also

The property was in a great location, and greatly priced. The cleaning service did say they were late getting to our property and it showed as found several belongings to others before us. And the air conditioning filter was dirty causing extra condensate to build up and leak into the kitchen some, and that was with the thermostat on 72. But the other than that overall stay was wonderful and relaxing. The pool was clean and great and the golf cart was very convenient.

They did not bring the golf cart till last minute. Bed sheets were not washed. Showers were not working properly and some showers did not get waters there.
