Great time

Check in/out was easy! The property was clean, and just as it showed online but better! My kids LOVED the heated pool. Quick walk to the beach, and the garage had a lot of beach toys, chairs and umbrellas! We weren’t traveling with a baby but they even had baby playpens and stuff which is nice if you’re traveling with infants. We would definitely recommend to others!

Great location

House is great location to the beach and a great neighborhood. Lots of beach chairs, toys, wagons in garage that was helpful. Pool is smaller than expected, looks much bigger in the pictures. Kitchen is needing more utensils/serving utensils. Definitely would stay here again

Everything was amazing. The only small issue I had was that check out was at 10am and the cleaning people were there about 9:30am sitting in front of the house. Besides that management very helpful, heated pool nice and warm, the home was beautiful. Everything you could ask for and only a short walk to the beach.

4 adults and 4 kids stayed very comfortably in this rental. It has a small private pool in the back that was great for us. 10 minute walk for all of us to the beach and a easy walk. It had everything we needed.

Perfect Family Vacation Home

Palm Breeze was perfect for our family. We had eight adults and two children. We had plenty of space and we enjoyed the private pool very much! We spent as much time enjoying the backyard as we did the beach. The neighborhood was wonderful and we could ride our bikes to the beach and various stores and restaurants that were very close by. Palm Breeze is the best of both worlds......close 5 minute walk to the beach plus the privacy of a beautiful home and pool area. Also, the home was well stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, and other miscellaneous items for the beach. The additional refrigerator in the garage was nice, too. We highly recommend this property!

PERFECT

WE LOVED THIS PROPERTY. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS NICE. THE POOL IS A LITTLE SMALLER THAN THE PICTURES LOOK BUT NONETHELESS IT WAS WONDERFUL NOT HAVING TO SHARE THE POOL WITH ANY ONE BUT FAMILY. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOUSE WAS NICE AND CLEAN. WE HAD 11 PEOPLE STAYING AND WE ALL HAD ROOM AND WERENT ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. THE ENIGHBORHOOD ALSO ALLOWS GOLF CARTS WHICH MADE THE TRIP TO THE BEACH MUCH EASIER. I WOULD SAY THAT THE WALK TO THE BEACH IS MORE OF A TEN MINUTE WALK INSTEAD OF THE FIVE THEY LIST. WE WOULD 100% STAY HERE AGAIN. OCEAN REEF MADE EVERYTHING SO EASY. THE FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER WERE AWESOME TO HAVE AS WELL. THE GARAGE CAN FIT TWO SMALLER CARS IN THERE PLUS THE DRIVE WAY. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS HOUSE OR ITS LOCATION. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

First time in this area of Florida. We arrived late Sunday night. Woke up to a windy Monday morning double red flag on the beach and no dryer in the house for our family of 10. Things got better as the week went on! We will definitely be back.

Beautiful property

Palm Breeze was large enough to home 4 adults and 5 kids (all 6 and under) for the week! The private pool was really great, we swam multiple times a day, the kids loved it. It was worth the fee to heat it for the week, as even though we had low temps at the start of our trip the kids still wanted to swim in the warm pool! There were some pool toys in the garage. There were also some beach chairs and a few beach toys in the garage as well. A short 5-6 min walk to the private beach, we walked with our small children with beach wagons quite a few times. Beautiful beach! The community is quiet and gated. Close to so many things to do without having to go back over the toll bridge during our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We would stay again and we highly recommend this property! Thanks for having us!

Lovely vacation spot!

Our family enjoyed a week long stay at this Miramar Beach home. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. Our group consisted of 8 adults and a newborn and we had plenty of room. There are lots of fine dining restaurants within just a few miles of this home. We rented a golf cart for the week and enjoyed riding up and down the gulf, taking in the beautiful views. We would rent this house again.

Relaxing retreat

My family enjoyed the clean, quiet beach house. The location was a short walk to the beach and close to shopping. The pool was a perfect addition for the kids to swim and get energy out when we couldn't get to the beach. Nora was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely book this house again.

The house had everything we needed for our stay!! The beach was a short walk and provided was a wagon with extra beach chairs, a cooler and beach toys for the kids. It was very clean. It was also great to have a pool when the kids were tired of the waves and sand for the day.

Beautiful Home and Fantastic Location!

The pictures and reviews do this home absolutely no justice! This home was well beyond what we could have ever expected. Kept immaculately clean and stocked with all the essentials for a fantastic stay. Nora was wonderful to talk with throughout our stay for any questions we had and always very helpful. Easy walk or bike ride to the beach. Will absolutely work with Nora again when we make our way back to Destin.
