Fantastic house and location!

Dune beachy is a gorgeous house! We could not have been any happier with our stay here. We had 10 people which included 2 teens. The daily beach setup was great and always prompt. With 2 dishwashers and washers/dryers we never had an issue getting things cleaned efficiently. The location is wonderful and within walking distance of so many convenient shops, restaurants, and coffee shop. We would 100% stay here again. Each room has a bathroom and we were so comfortable.

Amazing beach house on the water

This is the second time we have stayed at this property and we will be back! It’s the perfect location with stunning views. The rooms are large and everyone has their own bathroom which is great. I can’t say enough about this home!

Perfect family getaway with stunning ocean views!

We had a fantastic family vacation at Miramar Beach! The property was exactly as described, clean, well maintained, and just steps from the beach. The home was fully stocked with everything we needed, from kitchen essentials to beach gear, which made our vacation so much easier and more relaxing. The beds were super comfortable, and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel at home. Also, The balconies offered stunning views of the sea.The host was incredibly responsive and helpful from start to finish, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. The location couldn’t be better, close to restaurants, shops, and of course, that gorgeous beach!We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, beachside getaway!

A glamorous beach vacation

The house was beautifully furnished and kitchen well stocked. Each bedroom was very comfortable with a beautiful attached bath. Private Beach access and set up was very appreciated. The host was easy to work with and instructions were great. We didn’t bring kids but We will definitely be back with kids and grands due to the 2 bunk rooms.

Awesome house

The house is as advertised. The living room is comfortable and has a great view. The large table fits 14 comfortably. All the appliances worked. The management staff were very responsive and professional. It’s a great house in a wonderful location right on the beach.

Excellent stay at Dune Beachy!

We had four families staying here for Spring Break and can’t say enough positive things about our time here. Lots of space, great living and sleeping arrangements, right on the beach, and close to several great restaurants. If we are back in Destin again, this would be our first choice to stay!

Beach Wedding Beauty

We stayed at the property with friends and family the days leading up to our wedding, which we held on the private beach at the house. We had a great stay. One of our close friends is a chef and prepared all of our meals in the home, so its well equipped to feed a crowd. I think we had just under 20 people for 2 meals a day for 5 days, plenty of seating, utensils, cookware, fridge space etc. Although the house is set up VERY well, noise carries significantly, even just conversations in the living area carry to all bedrooms and with that many people under one roof, it made for difficult sleeping. My only other critique is there is no full length mirror in the master so that was a bummer given that is where I got ready for the wedding. Otherwise, we were extremely pleased with our stay

Our family enjoyed our beach vacation at this property. The amenities were as described. The only opportunity would be the amount of chairs included at the beach. For a house that sleeps 20, it would have been more enjoyable to have more than 4 beach chairs included in the rental. We ended up purchasing additional chairs which was pretty expensive on top of what was spent on the accommodations.

Amazing House for an Amazing Beach Vacation

The house is exactly as described and even better than the pictures show. A comfortable and cozy living area right off of the kitchen that has every appliance, big and small as well as a big pantry to store everything. The large dining table was great for family meals (14 of us) as well as for playing cards. Having two washers and dryers as well as two dishwashers made life so much easier. The bedrooms and baths are roomy and the beds are so comfortable. The house is located very close to many shops and the private beach is stunning. A quick walk over the dune and you are ready to sit in your beach chair that is set up each day for you. 4 chairs and 2 umbrellas are provided, but no need to worry if you need more as there is a bin at the bottom of the stairs on your way to the beach that has chairs, umbrellas and all kinds of toys, water and sand. The hot tub was enjoyed and is a nice addition to the property. The property owner/manager was very attentive and texted throughout our stay to check in and to see if there was anything we needed. We had one small problem with one of the bathrooms and it was taken care of immediately without interrupting any of our beach time. It was a wonderful vacation in a beautiful place and a beautiful home. We will definitely stay here again!

Enjoyable Paradise

This place will meet all your needs. Beautiful views. Plenty of room for your crew. Well stocked kitchen with plenty of cooking and baking utensils. Large refrigerator and a wine and beer fridge. Ice maker also. Beds are comfortable. Every bedroom has its own TV. Beach chairs and some water toys supplied. Parking for 6 vehicles. Plenty of seating. Awesome place. Owners are very attentive to your needs.

Everything We Needed and More

We couldn't have asked for more - our stay at Dune Beachy was exceptional in every way. This home had everything we needed, and it was super clean! The beachfront hot tub was our favorite part! It was the perfect place to unwind in this cold weather, grab a drink and enjoy the waves and the sunset! This home exceeded our expectations - we hope to stay here again for our next beach vacation!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We loved this home! The layout of the space is well thought out with great attention to detail. And, oh, those views! Absolutely breathtaking - nothing can compare. Having 2 dishwashers, microwaves, and washers & dryers made cooking and cleanup simple for our group of 10. GLAM-Destin was very responsive and checked in several times throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this home!

Complete Bliss: the views, the hot tub...THE ULTIMATE VACATION HOME

Our stay at Dune Beachy was absolutely incredible. The views kept us captivated, and, truth be told, we found it hard to leave the home. The recent addition of the hot tub, overlooking the Gulf, was undoubtedly a highlight, providing the perfect spot to unwind and soak in the surroundings. The entire stay felt like a dream - we are already planning a return trip next year!

Great Mommy & Me Retreat Weekend

Our Girl Scout troop held it's Mommy & Me Beach trip at this home and it was PHENOMENAL for our group of 20. Clean, ease of access to restaurants, stores, and the highway, and overall accommodating for the all. There was plenty of space for all. Great home for hosting a large group.
