We really enjoyed our stay! The house was spacious and comfortable. Our host answered questions promptly and was very helpful. The golf cart was a plus, enjoyed riding around the property, to restaurants and the beach.

Best vacation Ever!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have taken many vacations and this was hands down the Best one! The staff at Platinum were great to deal with, everyone we came in contact with were helpful & so kind. The vacation home was beautiful! Thanks for making our first trip to FL and memorable one.

Outdated furniture. Stains on couches and chairs. Bedroom carpets worn and dirty/drab. Throw rugs tattered and dirty. Dust on all tv area surfaces and end tables. Hairs were in shower drain. Bedspreads worn and master was dirty. Mattress not comfortable. Golf cart was old, but it did run. Bikes had flat tire and torn bike seats. Dishwasher is old, but it worked. Flickering bathroom and kitchen light bulbs. Bath towels were good. Location was good. Quick response when we phoned with a question about what the WiFi password was.Except for how to operate TV’s, there was no written instructions like we usually have at rentals, i.e., where to take out trash, etc.

Everything we wanted to do was within the resort.So comfortable for my brother that has trouble getting around but the space this home provided was spot on. Will recommend it to all our family and friends that are looking for an awesome place to stay while in Sandestin, Floria.

It started when we arrived to all the lights on in the house and easy listening music on all the TVs. It was a very pleasant start to our trip. The house was just like the pictures and we settled right in. We had never been to Sandestin before and we enjoyed our time exploring. We had so much fun that we will be back in the fall. Thank you for a great time!
