Easy check in process, good communication, well stocked with linens, towels, and starter items. The house was clean except for a few spots of mildew in the master shower. Lots of room, beautiful beach view, easy access to boardwalk and beach. Beach chair service was excellent. Heated pool was nice. Could use some cosmetic updates, updated furniture, especially deck furniture. Beds were very comfortable. Great location to restaurants and shopping. Nice, quiet gated community.

The reason our experience was so unpleasant was the alarm system. The highppitched screeching noise that went off every time the door opened was unbearable. It severely disrupted our stay and made the property extremely difficut to enjoy or feel comfortable in. Guests should be clearly warned about the alarm system in advance.

We could not have gotten a better setup for our family. The house was awesome and the outdoor setup even better. The beach was always pristine and the chair service made things so easy for us as we were constantly having to make trips back to the house for the little ones. The management company was super organized and easy to work with too. We had such a fun week.

Best vacation!

Perfect location, great amenities, stunning views, and more than enough space for our family. Our kids loved the heated pool, the beach access was so convenient, and we loved the tennis/pickleball courts as well! It was the best week with the best weather and we hope to be able to stay here again in the future.

What a House!

Beautiful house with a breathtaking view of the ocean! The gated neighborhood was cozy and very friendly. We couldn’t have been happier picking this place for our family getaway. Would definitely stay at this house again when we come visit the area.

Perfect getaway at an ideal setting

What a great experience. The house was perfect for our family. Right of us in total. Downstairs set up was ideal for my daughter’s family of five. My grandkids loved the pool and foosball table. The kitchen and dining area couldn’t have been any better. Breakfast on the deck watching the sunrise and morning beach activity. Communication prior to check in was great. Instructions during the stay and checking were clear and timely. Made for a stress free stay. Highly recommend for any family looking for a great getaway to relax in the sun.

Location was excellent, access to the beach and amenities was awesome. A little disappointed that the property is showing some wear and tear. Cabinet and closet doors broken or totally off the hinges and cushions for the lounge chairs are very tacky. Nothing a handy man couldn’t take care of in a day or two. Overall, we loved our stay!

My family of 7 loved our stay in this home. The location was fantastic! Could not be closer to the beach, and the access was convenient. Even though it was the week of Memorial Day, the beach was not overly crowded. Perfect sand and water! The layout of the home was ideal to spread out, yet feel together. The neighborhood was clean and safe, and nice to walk/run/play pickleball. I agree with some of the other reviews that the house could use some TLC. It was beautiful on the surface, but some details are overlooked. There was broken patio furniture, lots of wear and tear that could be updated, and lack of kitchen essentials that would have been handy. For the price, I had higher expectations. But overall, we had a wonderful stay and made great memories. Thanks for this lovely home right on the beach!

Wonderful beach property

We were a group of 7 women in our sixties that have been going to Sandestin/Miramar beach for years. This is by far our favorite property. It truly is a perfect beach home that is very comfortable and has everything you need for a great week. The beds were comfortable, living room is great, kitchen a little small for 7 women but we made it work. The covered patio, pool, and pool deck were great except it could use some new comfortable patio furniture. We were very pleased that there is a gate that goes from the pool deck to the neighborhood beach ramp that made it so convenient and easy for us, especially for one of friends that has stage 4 bone cancer that’s on a Walker/cane. The manager should put a picture of that gate showing that it’s easy to get to the beach. The other thing we were pleased to find that the big bedroom downstairs has 3 twin beds instead of the two communication with Managment was excellent. There was a little problem with the door alarm but they came within 10 mins to fix it. We hope to come back next year!

On the BEACH!!

We loved it so much we stayed extra nights! The owner reached out by text on arrival day to assure we were well accommodated. Was also quick to reply to text question. Pool was wonderful and clean. Loved the beach chair set up everyday and the private ( neighborhood only) beach. The house was clean. Beach towels were provided. Extra blankets were in closet. Loved the gas range. Very quiet gated neighborhood with a very active Courtesy Patrol officer. Best of all though was the view from the living room , porch, and pool deck. Definitely recommend

Best Location

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The neighborhood is wonderful. It's quiet and close enough to shopping and restaurants, but just outside the central crowed area of Destin. Grand Boulevard is one of our favorite areas for shopping and eating, and it is super accessible from here. The home was lovely. The decor is not very modern, but it was very clean! We loved having the boardwalk to the beach right off of our deck. The private beach is nice. Areas to either side of the neighborhood get crowed. With two young children, we particularly enjoyed having plenty of space for them to run and play and stay within sight. The management company was superb! Very responsive and proactive. We had a rainy afternoon and they texted us a list of local indoor activities. We discovered blacklight mini-golf! We also called on our last day for a "cloudy" pool. It was scheduled to be cleaned the next day, but they sent someone out within 3 hours to clean it so we didn't miss any swimming on our last day. Excellent service!!

This property is amazing. Everything we needed with great space and right on the beach! Clean, well equipped with everything you need. Safe, upscale, gated neighborhood with all the extras. Management was on top of everything and very responsive. Do yourself a favor and book this property.

Family Vacay 2023

We loved everything about this property. The gated neighborhood and beachfront property was easy to get to and perfect for all the oceanfront benefits. The back porch and private pool were two of our favorite amenities, as well as the complimentary daily beach service. The open floor plan easily accommodated our group of eight for meals and down time. This was by far our favorite vacation rental property ever. The owner was in contact with us for any questions we had. Highly recommend!!
