This 3,700 sq. ft.home was featured on HGTV and Coastal Living magazine. Our luxury beachfront home has five bedrooms, five and one half bathrooms and a private 5' X 15' splash pool overlooking the beach. The house features an upscale large living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors & travertine throughout the second and third floor. This home features 40' wide balconies overlooking the sparkling waters of the Gulf on every level. All 3 outdoor levels provide seating and dining options.

Step into this spacious home to discover the first floor features a king bedroom with private bath and a warm inviting living area with comfortable furnishings, cable TV, wet bar, sectional sleeper sofa, cable TV and access to the splash pool.

The second level hosts the main living area furnished with another 60” TV, a fully-stocked gourmet kitchen, a dining table with seating for ten and a breakfast bar with additional seating. There's a spacious suite with a king-size bed and 50” smart TV, a sleeper sofa, walk in closet and a private full bathroom provide the perfect place to retreat at the end of the day.

There are three additional bedrooms with their own bathrooms on the third floor. The third story primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa and smart TV. This room overlooks the beach with a private balcony. A reading nook with 2 twin fold out sleeping chairs, 30” smart TV is located outside the primary bedroom providing a kid’s retreat. There is a king bedroom with a private bathroom and a 40” smart TV and an additional king bedroom with a private bathroom with a 30” TV on this floor as well.
Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin (Miramar Beach) the Frangista Beach community is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach.

The private residential elevator is made available when required by a guest. Please discuss with us in advance of your stay if you will need use of the elevator.

POOL HEAT (Available Oct-May) -The private pool can be heated for an additional $50/day plus tax and must be purchased for the entire stay.

Parking available for up to 6 vehicles depending on size (includes garage). Unfortunately, Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
Guests can bring their own chairs/umbrellas. Per HOA rules, Tents and Canopies are not allowed on Frangista Beach
