This luxury beachfront townhome has 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and private splash pool overlooking the beach. Sleeps 16..The house features an upscale living room, granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and hard wood floors throughout the second and third floor.

This home is the perfect house for family reunions or romantic getaway's. Watch the sun set from any of the three Gulf front balconies, take a break from the beach and relax in the Gulf front splash pool, or spend the day at the Frangista Beach community pool. This is the perfect house to get away from it all and live in Bliss. The first floor has a bunk room with two bunk beds (full over full) and a flat screen TV, and a Gulf front bedroom with a King bed and sleeper sofa, ensuite bath, wet bar with 2nd Keurig and beverage cooler, and private gulf front balcony. On the second floor you will find the kitchen fully stocked with all the cookware you will need, dining room with seating for 6 at the table and 2 more at the bar, living room with 65" Smart TV, Gulf front balcony with more seating to enjoy, Gulf views from every angle, a guest bedroom with 1 king bed, and an ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and balcony overlooking Scenic Gulf Dr. The third floor hosts the primary bedroom with a King bed, private Gulf front balcony, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, and dual vanity, and another king bedroom with an ensuite bath and balcony overlooking Scenic Gulf Drive.

While you're here, the gated Frangista Beach neighborhood pool is within easy walking distance, and is heated seasonally. You can also make your way on foot to several dining establishments, and the neighborhood ice cream store! Frangista Beach is centrally located along Scenic Gulf Dr, and sits in the heart of the dining, entertainment & shopping districts of the area between Destin Commons and Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.

First Floor:

King bedroom w/ sleeper sofa and full bath, Bunk room with two bunks (queen over queen)

Second Floor:

Kitchen, dining room, living room w/ Sleeper Sofa, guest bedroom with one King bed and guest bathroom.

Third Floor:

Primary bedroom with King bed, private bath, private gulf front balcony, guest bedroom with King bed and private bath.

DOGS OK PET FEE IS $300 + TAX AND COVERS UP TO 2 ADULT DOGS 25LBS (inquire about larger dogs)

POOL HEAT (Available Oct-May) -The private splash pool can be heated for an additional $45/day plus tax or $315 week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay. Pool size is 6.5 x 5.5

Guests can bring the extra chairs/umbrellas year-round provided in the home. Per HOA rules, no tents or canopies allowed on Frangista Beach

Parking available for up to 4 vehicles depending on size (including rented golf carts). Additional parking is not available in the neighborhood but is available off site. $100 daily fines will be issued to guests by HOA if more then 4 vehicles at the rental home. RV's and Trailers cannot be parked at the home per HOA restrictions.
