The white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are just a short walk across the Surfside Resort's sky bridge. Enjoy dining at the resort's restaurant, The Royal Palm Grille, and sit and watch the sunset. You'll also be only one mile west of the Silver Sands Premium Outlets, three miles east of the Emerald Bay Golf Club, and four miles east of Destin Commons.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Everything was great except check in. Never seen a place that doesn’t get people in as rooms become available. At this place check in at 4:00 means 4:00. Walked up to the desk at 3:51. Had the wait till 4:00. Then had to wait in line 30 minutes to use the elevators because of the crowd. Seems the experience could have been less stressful on everyone with a little better management.

Terrible view, uncomfortable bed, constant smoke/weed smell in hallways, poor sound-proofing, woken io at 8 am by loud drilling/sawing/hammering next door, great beach access, very clean room and great bar staff

It was okay for a one night stay but the room is right next to the basketball courts where you can hear kids play late at night. The condo building was very old, and needs to be updated. It was next to the beach but a very busy one and was pretty chaotic.

Good location, small quarters

My friend and I stayed in this studio to enjoy some beach time and the stay was pretty good. The studio size was big enough to be comfortable for 2 people and being on the floor above the lobby means you are on the same floor as the gym, restaurant, pool, and cross walk to the beach which made for easy access to everything! Only real downside was the balcony facing the basketball courts means your room isn’t private when changing and you can’t enjoy a view from your room. Either way, I think the price makes up for it and we really enjoyed our stay! Easy check in and out and ac worked great for those that sleep hot like me!
