The Space:

This cheerful condo is a perfect retreat for your Miramar Beach vacation - it's just across the street from the beach! The layout is perfect for a small family or a few snowbirds looking to get away. Keep it simple with a kitchenette, featuring a fridge that's still big enough to hold all your leftovers. You'll be able to relax easily in central air conditioning, or you can step out onto the furnished balcony if you'd rather spend time in the fresh air. Guests will be able to share in many shared amenities, including a shared pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness room, and outdoor shower!



What's nearby:

The beach is just a short crossing of Scenic Gulf Drive away. Don't forget to stop at Pompano Joe's for some coconut shrimp once you arrive! Enjoy shopping for designer goods at Silver Sands Premium Outlets, just over a mile from this condo. Henderson Beach State Park offers clear waters with plenty of wildlife to observe (and fish to catch!) just under six miles from the condo. Gator Beach, just over six miles away, hosts free shows and exhibitions featuring one of Florida's most famous animals.

These are required to enjoy the various amenities at Surfside Resort, including the swimming pools, hot tub, gym, and beach access. The property features a private balcony for your relaxation, and the resort grounds offer convenient access to outdoor grilling areas, shopping, and the beautiful beach nearby.



The Neighborhood:

Nestled in the heart of Miramar Beach, this property places you just steps away from the shimmering sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Getting around Miramar Beach is easiest by car, and we provide convenient parking for your stay at Surfside Resort. Upon arrival, please check in at the front desk to receive your parking passes. While the resort is perfectly positioned for walking to the beach and local dining, having a vehicle is recommended for exploring further afield. The Destin Fort Walton Beach Airport is the closest major transit hub, located approximately thirty minutes away by car, making it the most convenient option for air travel.

inform you about upcoming repairs from

October 2026 - March 2027

Work will begin on Monday, October 26, on the 01/01A

stack.

Please review the tentative schedule, block off the week

of repairs needed, remove balcony furniture, and make

all other guests aware that there will be construction

noise throughout the building. Also, be aware that some

balconies may require shoring, so the units below may

be affected.
