Villa's in Minneapolis - St. Paul

'I was disappointed in the fee for parking overnight. I expect that downtown but not that far out of the downtown area. They do charge for park and fly which is completely understandable but we were leaving in the am. I did not see this information when I was trying to decide on a hotel.'

'Locatie is prima vlakbij the mall of America. Verder is dit hotel dringend toe aan renovaties. Het tapijt was vies, de waterdruk in de douche was zeer laag en de deur van de badkamer was verzakt en klemde. Het geheel gaf een versleten indruk. '

'Great hotel with amazing staff! We stayed with a dance competition group and had to be out the door at 6:45AM the next morning. The staff opened the hot breakfast up for us early so we could all eat something before we left! '

'Informed at check in that parking was $25 and when told clerk I didn’t see that on description of property he blew me off and said “it’s a Dropbox on Expedia.”'

'Makkelijk bereikbaar en ruime parkeerplaats. Rustige omgeving. Vriendelijk personeel bij check-in en een goed ontbijt. Lobby lijkt onlangs gerenoveerd en is ruim en overzichtelijk.'

'The staff were waiting and had everything ready for our late arrival. The room was clean and room temp was easy to control. The bathroom was clean and in good condition. The breakfast was basic but most places don't offer it at all anymore. We weren't there for very long but had no issues.'

'The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a great start to my day. The location was amazing being so close to Target Field and the Target Center, as well as a beautiful Prince mural right out front. I enjoyed my stay.'

'Pool area had no signage to tell where it was. Room door had broken latching mechanism curtains ripped with barely a touch. Towels are in a random closet instead of the bathroom, like use a towel bar or have a wall shelf or a shelf under the sink. Also charged $15+tax for parking?? Come on if you had all these problems and you then charge for parking, sad.'

'Het is een historisch gebouw. Op de zeer koude winterse dagen was de kant van de ramen wel koud in de kamer maar de verwarming was makkelijk naar een hogere temperatuur te zetten. Het is een bijzonder charmant hotel met een zeer service gerichte staff. Een aanrader.'
