This property met all of my family needs! This was our second stay and they enjoyed our stay even more than the first one. We had no issues with the home as everything was very good.

Best weekend away!

We loved everything about this house! It accommodated our family of 16 wonderfully! We had originally planned excursions into Minneapolis but there was so much to do within the house; in the pool/sauna/hot tub/firepot) and within walking distance of the house (pickleball/disc golf/walking trails/tennis courts)! It was GREAT!And one of the very best parts of our stay was working with Steve who was fabulous with communication and attentiveness! We would love to return to this house for future family celebrations!

Great giant home with an excellent host

Host was incredible. Stayed in contact with our needs. And well stocked on everything. I checked on firewood and was thinkin about doin a fire next day and asked if there was an extra stash because there was only 1-2 pieces left and the next morning we had a front door with 2 bags full of firewood . But that’s the kind of host he was. Very responsive and professional! Great and beautiful house with more rooms than we needed but was great to have all the space! Hot tub was clean and like new and the sauna was great. Only downside was we went in march so the pool was still closed. But we’ll get it next time we’re there maybe in the summer !

Very pleased with our stay!

We stayed at this home for a work conference. The location was near by and we needed an area to fit our team. We decided to give a VRBO a try instead of a hotel this year and we were so happy to have found this home! The host was incredibly accommodating, and very good at communicating. The house was well kept and we all felt right at home. We will definitely be returning next year!

Awesome getaway for the family

Perfect for our family with lots of room. Close to the airport without hearing any of the noise. Loved all the amenities, sauna, hot tub, lots of games, etc. Very clean and pictures were accurate. Beautifully designed. Would absolutely stay here again.

Family Gathering

I needed to find a home for my rather large family to stay for my husband's Celebration of Life. This house was perfect! It was well appointed, had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and the location was perfect for us. I just wish we could have enjoyed it in the warmer months, as there are so many nice outdoor amenities as well.The owner, Steve, was very accommodating to all of our needs. I would highly recommend this property.Thank you!

Family getaway

We had a great time with all of our kids and grandkids. There were plenty of bedrooms so everyone got their own space. And we enjoyed time together in the many gathering rooms and beside the pool. We also enjoyed walks through the neighborhood. It was a perfect location for a large group.

Family Reunion at the Magical Lake Home

Wow! We had 24 people aged infant to 70 and we never felt cramped. It was the first time our family has ALL been together since Grandma and Grandpa passed away 7 years ago. It was a very special time. The home was fabulous and we totally enjoyed all the amenities such as the pool, hot tub, movie room, etc. Steve was very responsive to my questions and planning for this trip. A1 host.

We had a great stay at the Magical Lake Home. The home fit us perfectly for a wide range of ages.Plenty of room to get together and the pool was definitely a great bonus for our family. The PERFECT place for family vacation

I am hesitant to leave the review this place deserves because it will likely be completely booked forever ;) this place is PERFECT. We have 6 kids and we stay in rental properties a lot to accommodate our large family so we have a lot of experience with rentals. This place has thought of everything. It is obvious how much thought and care has gone into making this the easiest, most stress free place to stay. The beds, linens, pillows, towels, shampoo and conditioner in the bathrooms, pool with pool gear, kayaks and paddle boards, fire pit, sauna, hot tub, movie room, closet filled with board games, grill, well stocked kitchen
.. the list goes on and on. We had absolutely everything we needed and were very comfortable. The house is also very conveniently located - you could stay here and never leave or venture out to the twin cities. We truly had the best time and very much hope to come back. This is a wonderful place to spend your vacation ❀

Beautiful, family oriented home!

We stayed for a few nIghts with our children and grandchildren. The home is absolutely amazing! Perfect for large groups. Each family had their own wing of the house and everyone was very comfortable! The owner knows children and the home is definitely set up for little ones as well all adults! There was a fence around the pool and plenty of outdoor and indoor activities for the children and adults! I cannot say enough about this home! The kitchens are stocked with everything you could possibly need. The home is BEAUTIFULLY decorated and very comfortable. 😍 Our experience with the owner Stephan was outstanding. He responded quickly and was very helpful and kind in all of our conversations! TRULY A GEM IN BEAUTIFUL MINNESOTA!!

Fantastic house!

I couldn't have been more pleased with this house. In fact, it's even more impressive in person than what you see in the picture. We had plenty of space, and the property is very well kept. There are tons of games/activities available - and it's a relatively quick trip into the city. I'd absolutely stay here again!

If you don’t mind hidden fees and a lot of rules, then this is the place for you! The place is huge, rooms are great and we very much enjoyed the pool. Just read the fine print and know that there are high expectations for renters.

Great Place for Large Group

This rental is a great place to stay for a large group of all ages. Safety fence around the pool made everyone with young kids much more comfortable. The overall price with the nightly rate and all the fees was more than we would have liked to pay, but overall we had a great stay.
