Great staff, clean property in a great location with lots of shopping and dining options. Also an easy drive and very close to downtown Stillwater.

It was quiet, unfortunately the beds need to be replaced no cushion on them. The pillows were all feathered so no support for neck and the shower sucked not enough water pressure to remove soap. Window was shattered. Had to move rooms because of ants and beds still didn’t change things roaches and toilet backed up. Very disappointing when it’s rated a 8? Oh and no elevator for upstairs. I really hate to sound like this but I spent a lot on 5 days of misery beds!

Clean, breakfast wonderful, very comfortable beds. The bad part went through Expedia and was charged double the price for the room. Listed for $98 a night, charged me $200. Will never use Expedia again, will call hotel directly. I am surprised the hotel actually charged me this amount with a straight face. Talked to another guest they were charged the $98 for the same type of room

Nice hotel, i would stay there again. The pool area was well taken care of. The one change i would make is bigger pool towels. The ones provided were the same size as the hand towels just with a blue stripe down the middle to distinguish from the hand towels. Breakfast was served from 6a.m. to 10 a.m. with lots of choices. I really liked the juice machine. Hot scrambled eggs and brown n serve sausage. There was a pancake machine i didnt try it but it looked easy enough for a child to operate. The pillows and beds were very comfortable. I forgot to bring my fire tv but believe i could have used it with their flat screen. They had plenty of channels to choose from.

All in all, Our 3 night stay was fine. Quiet, easy access, clean, friendly staff, good parking. I’d estimate hotel was 1/2 to 2/3rds occupied. My only gripe is that the Wifi was terrible/useless all 3 days. The hardwired PC in the lobby worked just fine, so the problem was the facilities wifi infrastructure. I had a network access point in the hallway outside our door. None of our devices (iPhone, iPad, or android) could maintain a workable connection after logging in. We had to use our cell phones as hot spots. I got better service using the Menard’s guest wifi, (1/4 mile away), than the hotels. I brought this to the front desks attention. Kind of shrugged her shoulders & blamed it on the rain storms.

It was clean , but unexpended additional charge upon arrival that wasn't mention prior to rsvp so that was frustrating. It was quiet stay . but thats about it nothing special. too expensive for one night . overall i say 3 stars .

Only thing I didn't like about the hotel is the $100 deposit I would like to know ahead of time then when you check in you have to pay that amount other than that everything was pretty good

We had issues with the toilet. There was something wrong with the float and it ran continuously until we rigged it with a piece of cardboard. We did that because the noise was bothering us. You guys are wasting a lot of water in room 210! Also, very poor internet, could only get a signal intermittently. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub and other the the two issues mentioned above, we enjoyed our stay.
