The home is yours entirely — fully private with no shared spaces. Access is completely self-guided via keypad on the front door. Your unique door code and garage door code will be provided through Airbnb's check-in instructions 24 hours before your arrival. Clean empty garage fits 2 cars, driveway fits 2 additional cars. No key pickup, no coordination needed — just arrive and walk right in.

Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM out of respect for our neighbors.
Guest count may not exceed the number declared at the time of booking.
No parties or events.
Primary guest must be at least 21 years old.
Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the home. A $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged for any violation.

Security & Safety
For the safety of our guests and the property, the home is equipped with exterior security cameras only. There are no cameras inside the home. The property has one doorbell camera and one camera located in the garage.
