Inside, the open living, kitchen, and dining areas create a comfortable setting for relaxing, preparing meals, or spending time together. The private bedroom provides a quiet place to unwind, while the spacious living area offers plenty of room to settle in after a day of exploring.

Enjoy a private patio, private BBQ grill, comfortable outdoor furnishings, and access to the communal gas fire pit. Indoors, a 65-inch smart TV provides complimentary local channels and the option to sign in to your own streaming accounts. Board games, card games, books, and magazines provide additional ways to relax.

Family-friendly amenities, including a baby bath, high chair, and Pack ’n Play, are available upon request. A private washer and dryer add convenience for both short visits and extended stays.

Traveling with a larger group? Multiple units at 500 House may be reserved together, allowing everyone to stay close while enjoying the privacy of separate accommodations.

Please note that pets, smoking, parties, and large gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours begin at 10 PM. Exterior security cameras monitor common outdoor areas for safety and security.

* Guests may request an early check-in (up to 3 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote.
* Extra Guests: If more guests than permitted are found at the property, we reserve the right to deny entry based on policies. Extra guests will be treated as trespassers. An additional fee of $50/night per extra guest may apply, or we might request that you vacate the property.
