Golden Aura Family Retreat w/ Pool & Theater

Welcome to The Golden Aura, your family getaway in Milton, Florida!

Enjoy the perfect balance of peaceful residential living and Gulf Coast adventure. This spacious four bedroom, two bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to eight guests and features a private pool, home theater, ping pong, fully equipped kitchen, outdoor space, and everything you need for a relaxing family vacation.

Spend the day exploring the white sands and emerald waters of Navarre Beach or Pensacola Beach, enjoy outdoor adventures along the Blackwater River, then return home for a swim, a BBQ, a movie, or a fun game of ping pong.

The Golden Aura is especially well suited for families with older children and teens, as well as groups of adults. We invite you to relax, enjoy the space, and make wonderful memories together.

ESSENTIAL INFORMATION

SMART LOCK AND FRONT DOOR ENTRY:
Use your personal code on the keypad to unlock the front door, then press the three horizontal lines at the top of the keypad.

POOL:
The pool is available 24/7. Children and non swimmers must be supervised at all times. No diving. Please do not touch, adjust, or operate any pool equipment, machinery, valves, or controls.

PING PONG:
The ping pong table is located in the pool area and must be unfolded before use. Paddles and balls are located on top of the table. Please fold and secure the table after use.

BEDROOM PROJECTORS:
Each bedroom has a projector with a built in Fire TV Stick. Use the remote to access available streaming apps. Please sign out of all personal accounts before checkout.

CHARCOAL GRILL:
The BBQ grill uses charcoal only. Please bring your own charcoal, clean the grates after use, and make sure all coals are completely extinguished before leaving the grill unattended.

GAS STOVE:
The kitchen stove operates on gas. Please make sure all burners are completely turned off after cooking and never leave the stove unattended while in use.

FIREPLACE:
If you wish to use the fireplace, please bring your own firewood. Never leave a fire unattended and make sure it is completely extinguished before leaving the area.

TRASH:
Trash bins are located outside near the side gate. Collection is currently scheduled for Tuesdays and Fridays. Please place trash in the appropriate bins.

EMERGENCIES:
For emergencies, call 911. For questions or assistance during your stay, please contact us through the booking platform messaging system.

✅ Check-in / Check-out
• Check-in: 4:00 PM or later
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• No unauthorized late check-outs without approval

✅ Guests & Visitors
• Registered guests only (maximum 8 persons)
• No parties or large gatherings
• Quiet hours: 9:00 PM – 8:00 AM

✅ Pool Safety
• Children must be supervised at all times
• No diving, running, or glass around the pool
• Pool is for registered guests only
• Please close pool gate after use

✅ General Rules
• No smoking inside the house
• No pets (unless pre-approved, no dogs in bedrooms because of carpets, no dogs in the pool and clean up after your dogs poop.
• Dispose of trash in designated bins
• Respect neighbors and community guidelines

Note: The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and must be present throughout the entire stay. A valid government-issued ID is required to verify age prior to check-in.
