'As always, hospitality is defined by the people who provide it. The hotel staff was magnificent in this regard. From the breakfast servers to the front desk, everyone was kind, helpful and wore a smile. A special mention for the cleaning staff who did an excellent job every morning. Breakfast was delicious with options such as eggs Florentine and eggs Benedict, although as a continental European i would have liked to have seen some cheeses at the buffet. 'Perfectly comfortable stay. Fast check-in and out. Spacious, modern clean rooms. Friendly breakfast staff but food very basic, would skip adding breakfast to your stay. Would recommend and stay again.'

'I was pleasantly surprised by how comfortable and welcoming this hotel was. Parking was difficult to find during the day but by the evening there were plenty of spaces. The staff were very helpful and went out of their way to help me get a travel cot. The bed was comfortable and and curtains near to blackout. 'Nothing wrong the aesthetics of the hotel and appeared clean. Staff were good. Just the second Marston’s Inn in a year that I’ve been bitten badly by bed bugs. Reported and hopefully will get sorted. 100% will not stay at another Marston’ Inn.'
