The location was perfect for attending a convention at either Seattle convention. However, the overwhelming smell of smoke made it unbearable for our family, and we had to cut our stay short. 'Location of unit was very central to downtown area of Seattle. It was about a 5 min walk to the nearest light rail station which I used to get to and from the airport. The water taxi and ferries to Bainbridge, Vashon and West Seattle are all 5 min walk across the street. Many great restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance too.The unit was clean and very comfortable for two people. It had central heating and an AC unit if you stay in the hotter months. 'Quiet. It didn’t feel like a hotel environment. Which is a plus. This place is probably excellent in the summer. Lake 100 feet away. Unfortunately I went in November. '

'Carlos made us feel welcomed and was attentive to any needs we had. Made himself available to questions and was prompt to reply. The room is small but comfortable enough for two people. It is situated perfectly for exploring the city being just a short walk from Pike Place market, the ferry (ride the ferry!) or short monorail ride to the Needle. We didn’t use the adequately stocked kitchen because there were just too many wonderful restaurants to try.Would definitely come back! '

'Tom was great. Communicated well both before and during our stay, offered local things for us to do. Property was nice, and quiet. My only downside is the stairs to get to and from the parking. For those of us who are limited mobility having that in the description or a photo so were aware would be helpful. Dont get me wrong, they werent unmanageable but after a long dsy of walking around Seattles attractions those stairs were brutal, BUT I WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN. The location is...
