Ideally situated in the heart of Milizac, make yourself at home in this brand-new, fully equipped house and climatized, designed to offer a warm welcome to four people during your stay in Finistère.



The Space:

As soon as you enter, the property reveals a large, open-plan living area, which is particularly bright thanks to its large windows opening onto the outside. Designed with socialising in mind, this space combines a cosy lounge perfect for relaxing with a spacious dining area ideal for getting together. Set back slightly but perfectly integrated, the kitchen is fully equipped and offers ample worktops as well as all the appliances you need for hassle-free cooking whilst on holiday (oven, built-in microwave, large fridge, etc.). Finally, a separate and very practical utility room completes this level, featuring a washing machine and storage space for your beach gear and cleaning supplies.

Outside, you’ll enjoy a lovely south-facing terrace, furnished with wooden garden furniture for al fresco dining.



The hallway leads to a peaceful and tastefully decorated sleeping area, comprising two cosy bedrooms and a contemporary shower room. The first bedroom, bathed in natural light thanks to a large bay window overlooking the outside, offers a cosy atmosphere with its large double bed (160 x 200 cm). Right next door, the second bedroom, furnished with two single beds (80 x 200 cm), is ideal for children or friends, all within a fresh and colourful setting. For optimal comfort, this level is complemented by a modern and spacious bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower, a practical vanity unit and a toilet. A sleeping area designed for relaxation and restful nights during your stay.



The little extras you won’t find anywhere else? Bed linen and towels are provided (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and offering advice on activities to do and tourist attractions to visit!



The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for exploration and activities: walks in the Abers or along the GR34, sailing, local markets, small fishing ports and traditional restaurants where you can savour Breton specialities. This accommodation is the perfect base from which to explore this magnificent region, nestled between land and sea.

We’ll be on hand throughout your stay to help you organise your time here, recommend the best places to visit and book activities to suit your preferences. Smoking is permitted, but only outside the house. Parties are also prohibited.



The accommodation is accessible to people with reduced mobility.
