The 55m² apartment has been recently renovated with designer furnishings and an emphasis on functionality. It opens onto a bright open-concept space featuring an island kitchen, living area, and dining table.

The living area features a 48" UHD TV with Netflix, dimmable lights, a SONOS sound system, a round glass table, a large floor-to-ceiling window, and a balcony overlooking Via Poliziano with views of City Life and the Alps, furnished with two chairs and a small table.

The kitchen features an island with an induction cooktop, oven, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, range hood, water filter, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils and appliances, as well as tea, herbal teas, and coffee capsules.

The bathroom is modern and has a window, with a spacious shower and comes equipped with a hair dryer, hair straightener, and soap/shampoo. An iron and ironing board are available in the living room closet.

The bedroom features a 160x200 double bed with a 30-cm spring mattress and a small memory foam topper. Pillows are available in both memory foam and down. There is a walk-in closet for storing suitcases, clothes, and hanging garments. The bedroom is also equipped with a SONOS sound system.
Across from the bathroom, there is a washer and dryer next to a fire extinguisher and first-aid kit.

High-speed Wi-Fi up to 700 Mbps.
The heating is centralized and can be controlled via valves on the radiators to set the desired temperature.
Air conditioning is available throughout the apartment and can be adjusted as desired, with enough power to keep the apartment cool even on the hottest summer days.

The area is very lively and full of restaurants, bars, laundromats, and small shops. It is extremely well-connected thanks to the Gerusalemme Metro station (just a short walk from the building’s entrance), the trams on Corso Sempione (150 meters away), and the Milano Domodossola train station (250 meters away), from which you can reach Malpensa Airport (MPX) in 35 minutes.

It’s ideal for business trips or tourism: Fiera Rho Milano is easily accessible by Metro, while to reach the historic center, you can conveniently take the tram at Sempione or the train at Domodossola.
Sempione Park and Sforza Castle, on the other hand, are within a 15- to 20-minute walk.

There are public parking spaces on the street, or a private parking lot next to the building (Poliziano Parking H24) at a cost of about €20 per day.
