Milan is known as Italy’s fashion hub, so visitors can explore the designer boutiques around Via Monte Napoleone (20 minutes by public transport). This is close to the famous Duomo - Milan’s stunning Medieval cathedral (15 minutes). The Castello Sforzesco (15 minutes) is also not to be missed.
