Quiet studio apartment set within a centuries-old former convent, now fully residential, overlooking a peaceful inner courtyard. Located in the heart of one of Milan’s most vibrant streets, yet completely shielded from noise, just steps from the Colonne di San Lorenzo, the Navigli canals, and with a direct Metro M4 connection to the Duomo.



THE SPACE

The apartment includes a sleeping area with a double bed and wardrobe, a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, dishes, and everything needed for independent cooking, as well as fast Wi-Fi, ideal for working or streaming.



The apartment is equipped with air conditioning and autonomous heating. A TV and a dining table complete the space.



The bathroom is fully fitted and includes a washing machine, drying rack, and iron.



The entrance is private and accessed directly from the inner courtyard. The apartment is laid out on a single level, with no internal stairs.



ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

The apartment is for the exclusive use of guests. Check-in and check-out are fully self-service, and detailed instructions are provided after document verification.



Self check-in is available via lockbox. To complete the online check-in, guests are required to provide ID documents for all occupants, a selfie, and sign a short-term rental agreement.



The entrance is independent, directly from the building’s courtyard. Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not available.



The property does not offer parking, and access or parking for cars is not permitted.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

The apartment is located on Corso di Porta Ticinese, one of Milan’s most vibrant and historic areas. Just a short walk away are the Colonne di San Lorenzo and Parco Giovanni Paolo II, while the Navigli canals can be reached in a few minutes on foot.



The area offers a perfect mix of history and city life, with restaurants, bars, and services nearby, as well as important landmarks such as the Basilica of Sant’Eustorgio.



The Duomo can be easily reached in about 10 minutes by metro.



GETTING AROUND

The apartment is well connected to Milan’s main public transport network. The M4 Vetra metro station is about a 5-minute walk away and provides direct access to the Duomo and Linate Airport, while the De Amicis stop is حوالي 6 minutes away.



Tram lines 3 and 9, located at Colonne di San Lorenzo, are about a 3-minute walk away and allow easy access to the city center.



Milano Centrale railway station can be reached in approximately 20 minutes by metro.
