'The bed was VERY uncomfortable. So lumpy and hard. We felt like we were sleeping on a sack of potatoes. Also, the air conditioner rattled all night. We had to have it in because the weather was extremely hot. Other than those two things, the room was large, with extra comfortable seating. And the amenities were good. Plenty of soap, lotion and shampoo. Towels were small and not fluffy.'

'This hotel is currently under construction, so the property reflects that. The room, however, was PERFECT! So updated and clean. We requested extra pillows and they brought them right up. The view of Lake Michigan was pretty, despite the rain we had. They did have a grab-and-go breakfast option but we walked right next door to three seasons cafe for breakfast and it was amazing. 'The room looked clean, but it smelled like old socks. I checked under the bed and throughout the room but could find nothing. I never saw anyone, I was given a room code to open the door. Did try to contact them about the WIFI and it took a long time for them to respond. Parking was easy '

'The location is the only thing useful with this property. Gross coffee provided in the room, almost no channels with tv, ac didn’t really work, toilets overflowing and no breakfast provided. To no fault of the staff I encountered (they were all very polite and apologetic for any issues) this place used to be pretty decent until it was bought out and turned into an Adobe.'
