From the private garden terrace, you will have direct access to one of the two communal swimming pools, perfect for relaxing under the Mediterranean sun On the ground floor, the bright living-dining room opens onto the tranquil garden, ideal for family meals or moments of rest. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker although one of the refrigerators will not be available. Additionally, it has a toilet for greater comfort.



On the first floor you will find two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms that guarantee privacy and comfort. The main bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom offers two single beds, both with spacious views and storage space. The roof terrace, with its solarium, is the perfect place to enjoy spectacular sunrises and moments of serenity



The location is simply unbeatable: surrounded by golf courses, nature trails and close to beaches, restaurants and cities like Mijas Pueblo, Fuengirola and Marbella.
