The house is organized around a central area with a fully equipped private kitchen, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and workspace. You will enjoy original terracotta floors, unique doors, mountain views, and amenities such as a private barbecue. A cot and high chair are available on request (please check availability with the owner).



You can step out into the private garden on a large plot that covers half a mountain, with several covered and uncovered terraces, and complete privacy with views of the valley. The beautiful private pool is open all year and can be seen from almost every room.



The property offers 10 shared parking spaces. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are not permitted on the property. Single beds in some bedrooms can be joined to form double beds on request. There are 2 security cameras in the living room and the studio, which are only activated if the alarm is not properly deactivated.
