This comfortable and modern vacation townhouse is located in Club la Costa Resort near the beach and the town of Fuengirola. The townhouse is spread over 2 floors. The kitchen and living room are on the first floor and the bedrooms are on the 1st floor.

Upon entering the accommodation, you enter directly into the modern kitchen, which benefits from a breakfast bar. Continue into the lounge / dining area and then out to the south west facing patio area, which is furnished with dining table and chairs and sun loungers. The lounge is furnished with a double sofa bed and can accommodate 6 people.

Stairs lead to the bedroom and bathroom. The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has patio doors leading to a small balcony. The bathroom has a bathtub with overhead shower. The guest bedroom offers 2 single beds. Both bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning units and built-in wardrobes.



Please note that: Bed linen and towels are included in the room rate in 2025. Consumption costs are included in the room rate. Outdoor pool on site shared with other guests is open all year. Construction work may take place in the vicinity of the property.
