There was a problem at there site, their communication to the guest were signs posted at the registration desk saying no hot water till 12pm and we have to be out before 8 no late checkout and no one was speaking of compensation. After speaking to them again they agreed to remove parking charges but I was resorts fees removed. I wasn’t accommodated with any resort features. 'Room was dirty and out dated . No TV in the bedroom . My son found pizza under his bed from previous guest and candy wrappers in the draws . There were only big towels no wash clothes . We paid too much money a night for this and left one night early . They also advertised ocean view . No view of the ocean a view of the parking lot . For this price expected much more .
