'The property was very clean and its obvious the owners are upgrading it slowly. The dark cabinetry really let's the place down and could easily be upgraded by removing the decorative moulding, changing the handles and a coat of paint. This would make an enormous difference for not much outlay.
The bathroom is very old and tired, but understandably a big expense to upgrade. Overall the service is great, the staff are lovely, the hotel is quiet, with plenty of parking. The bed is comfortable...
'The property is really good and more than what I had expected in Strahan. I would love to visit again. The rooms are thoughtfully maintained, clean, had all the required facilities, nice to see covered parking as well. The rooms had a nice outdoor space to enjoy coffee and decking was nice.'
