'Basic things that were neglected or done poorly 1) no pre check in email was received resulting in us being stuck outside the property as we were not informed of the access code to gain entry into the property. Imagine being caught in a situation when you had 4 cars backed up behind you and you couldn’t get in - enough said 2) no air conditioning in the rooms and the windows can’t be open. Rooms are hot, stuffy and poorly ventilated- would have been helpful to have that piece on information on...

'Great stay - self catering cabin. We arrived direct from airport car rental so didn’t shop before hand and the grocer closed at 6pm. We still had a great time at freycinet park the next day to scale mt amos. Clean and tidy. '
