'Multiple outlets in the room did not function and one was not even grounded. When I brought this issue up after a night of no water in the entire hotel, the day time manager REFUSED to compromise to find a solution and even hung up on me and only agreed to compromise once I escalated to customer relations. 'Ok'

'clean, consistent stay in Muncie. The attached bar and restaurant are great.'

'Vriendelijk personeel , schone kamers alles werkte , het ontbijt was voldoende en genoeg parking. Voor de prijs die je betaald een prima hotel.'

'It was a decent stay except the bed was uncomfortable. The hallway smelled like Ramen noodles. There was a truck that parked right by the front door and was leaking gas. The pool is closed as well. My room was clean and everything worked.'

'Fijne en schoon hotel waar we zeker naar terug zouden gaan'

'Front desk staff made check in easy and she was so nice. Overall, the stay was wonderful.'

'We stay here because of the proximity to the football stadium and tailgate fields. It's always too warm and you can't get the a/c to cool it off. It turns off after a minute or two.'

'Disappointed in the breakfast, yogurt machine did not work, oatmeal was not cooked thoroughly, items in heated case lukewarm at best. Room was clean comfortable and a great size.'

'TV didn't work. I had to lay my used towels outside the door in the hallway to get fresh ones. My room was serviced only on the last day of my 4 day stay.'

'Large comfortable rooms, quiet, good breakfast and we'll maintained property.'
