One level sun filled cottage with a modern kitchen, new furnishings and comfortable mattresses! Take a two minute stroll to "Pebble Beach" (small secret beach) then come home and relax with a glass of wine on the adorable patio. Peaceful and quiet area with birds chirping and a nice side yard for kids/pets to play in! The cottage has a newly installed white modern kitchen that is fully stocked. The cottage comfortably sleeps 5 with one bedroom having a queen bed and the second bedroom having a full-size bed with a pull-out twin trundle. (2 small adults could share the full bed) (Please note that when the trundle is pulled out, it will block that door).There is also a desk in the second bedroom, if some remote work or learning needs to be done! AC mini splits in each bedroom for those hot and humid nights!! Private compound in a wonderful area!! Close to downtown Newport for the lovely boutiques, world class dining and nightlife! Yet, still close to Second Beach which is the big swimming beach with boogie boarding, surfing, and a snack bar! If you have small kids, third beach is a quiet mellow beach that is ideal for families. We are bikeable to both of those beaches if so desired! Beach chairs and beach towels provided! Also, gas grill for outside dining. Laundry. Pets OK!
