Nestled on the edge of the park in an elevated, green setting, The Nook Great Ayton is a beautifully converted 150-year-old cottage, now luxuriously extended. Thoughtful attention to detail has preserved traditional features, such as exposed stone walls, while seamlessly blending them with a modern interior. Furnished and equipped to a high standard, this cottage serves as an ideal base for a family getaway, offering easy access to the stunning North Yorkshire countryside and coast. Though the cottage is accessed by a series of steps, once inside, everything is on one level. The spacious and vibrant lounge features charming brick walls and bifold doors that open onto the terrace, where you can relax on comfortable seating and watch the Smart TV. The kitchen is well-equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, and washing machine, perfect for preparing family meals, which can be enjoyed around the dining table while planning the next day's adventures. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, bifold doors leading to the terrace, and an en-suite shower room. There is also a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, each with its own en-suite shower room.

The cottage includes all electricity, bed linen, towels, and dressing gowns. A cot and highchair are available, and two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Parking is provided in the main car park, and the terraced garden features a table and chairs for al fresco dining, along with a private hot tub for ultimate relaxation.
