'Perfecte locatie (wandelafstand metro, time square, Central park o.a.) Was onderhoud aan de liften (vooraf aangegeven) waardoor je soms lang moest wachten.'

'Kamer aan de oude kant, vrij klein. Uitzicht op muur. Ontbijt is prima, locatie is top. Receptie staff is erg goed, rooftopbar service is dramatisch.'

'Comfy bed and terrific view from the 38th floor. Hotel is showing its age, however, the service from the staff is exceptional. Do bear in mind that a 'destination fee' or in other words a 'resort fee' is payable. It is mandatory and will set you back $35 (+ tax). The fee itself gives you $35 of value to use in the eateries in the hotel, but it won't stretch far. Buffet breakfast costs a whopping $50 + tax, service charge and gratuity...That's an expensive breakfast for a family of 4! ;-)'

'Room was clean, with a nice view. Staff, well dressed, polite. Breakfast you have to make sure you get a card with your stay so you can get the breakfast in the morning. (Pay extra) air conditioner barely worked it was hot in our room with the AC all the way up. The valet messed with the settings in my car, that was another 67 dollars for over night parking. Plus they hold 100 dollars from your account on the room if you break anything. If I was aware of any of this I would not have stayed here...
