"The staff knows how to welcome the guests. All of the staff is always available to give you the best possible experience. From the first moment we arrived, the hosts managed our luggage along the stairs and a senior looking and undoubtedly cigar loving man, processed us most efficiently through the reception whilst giving us a comprehensive update on the must visits and best places to have lunch and dinner. We felt immediately welcome. An the young multilingual and always kind brunette at the counter booked our perfect spot in what must be the most romantic restaurant on the Island, Il Geranio, overseeing the gardens of Emp. Augustus and the beautiful bay. We enjoyed our stay in a great room, nicely sized and perfectly maintained by an always smiling and very available housekeeping team. The breakfast service was above average but simple at the same time. A nice variety of cereals, pastries, and of course the incontournable mozzarella cheese, veggies and plenty of fresh seasonal fruit made it perfect for me. We spent in between our walks and visits quite some moments enjoying the swimming pool. Our host at the pool, Chris, made us being annual guests. In short, a great ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ experience. "Wij hadden een geweldige vakantie hier. Het appartement was basic, maar voor ons meer dan goed. Er is airco in de leefruimte en slaapkamer, elke dag propere handdoeken en bedden opgemaakt. Je kon de kamer goed donker maken. Het complex is mooi onderhouden, rustig, altijd plek om te liggen aan het zwembad. Wij hadden half pension en voor een 3* was het zeker goed. Verschillende kleine supermarktjes op korte loopafstand. Er zijn 2 stranden vlakbij en een bushalte in de straat naar Cuitadella elk half uur. De jachthaven van Cala'n Bosch is op 5min stappen en daar heb je allemaal restaurants. Wij hebben een fijne tijd gehad."

"Het hotel is super mooi en schoon. Had alleen onder erg een dag te vroeg geboekt en hier was geen enkele coulance voor dus moest opnieuw boeken. Dus voor 1 nacht dubbele kosten."

"Onderhoud vh hotel is matig. Voor een 5* zou je mogen verwachten dat het netjes geschilderd is, de vloerbedekking heel is en de parasols en bedjes schoon. Hotelkamer is wel netjes schoon."
