'Everything about the hotel was amazing loved our room was bright yellow staff were so lovely 😍 a really sweet girl took us to our room she was so polite 😊 food was yummy especially breakfast'
'The room was spotlessly clean, staff were very friendly and helpful. They also served us freshly cooked breakfast in the morning, which was lovely.
The bathroom was large, clean and modern, but the room itself was very small for 2 people.
On Sunday night, we planned to have dinner at the hotel restaurant. However, the hotel management decided to close the restaurant without any prior notification. The reception was also closed,
which was very odd and we had to go back out into town to get some...
'The infrastructure needs a reasonable amount of TLC but it’s a lovely place, with great staff, good beer, fabulous folk music on a Friday evening and a decent size car park.
We e stayed many times before when visiting the Centre for Alternative Technology and will stay at the Wynnstay again soon'
'What a wholesome, lovely stay. Steve and George we absolutely amazing from start to finish - extremely friendly, funny and helpful. The property was absolutely spotless, room was lovely and the food was incredible (would recommend the lamb shank - delicious!) 'The room was clean and comfortable but we were in the top of the building so it wasn’t the best room available.
Which we didn’t mind as we it was reasonable value and we booked last minute.
However the people in the establishment were a little rowdy and we felt uncomfortable on the evening having our meal. The breakfast the following morning was unorganised with staff who didn’t know what to do and was definitely not worth the money.'
