Was not notified that this resort was no longer temptation, they was doing construction the entire time. No early Check in even tho it was only 10 people. No room service…. The staff was 10 out of 10

Take this review with a grain of salt - I was a solo traveler, just getting away for a week of rest and relaxation. I booked the swim up king suite and it was perfect, having my own little swim/lounge area. The resort is still under construction and there weren't a lot of guests booked this week, so it was very quiet. I was a bit confused on how dining worked, but it was my first all inclusive. The staff were all very friendly and it is a very cute, stylish location. I didn't attend many events, but I was also alone so that wasn't a problem. It didn't seem to have alot going on but maybe it's because it's early/it was a quiet week.

Todo muy bueno, lo único que no tienen variedad de lugar para comer y el bufet lo tuvieron cerrado 2 días. 1 por que lo tenían reservado para ciertos huéspedes y 1 porque no habías suficientes huéspedes para abrirlo.

Absolutely amazing stay. Exceeded our expectations. We stayed here for a couple days before a cruise and it ended up being FAR better than the rest of the entire vacation.

So the room that was originally booked (by pictures) was not the room that we received. GRANTED…it was definitely a huge upgrade from what we thought we were getting. But it wasn’t what we booked based off of the pictures that were presented on the website. Everything was beautiful though. Not very close to the airport or other excursions. So if you’re looking to do excursions, this would not be ideal for you. But for us to just relax on the resort, it was perfect.
