'My first handicapped assigned room 210 was a disaster. Electric outlets and USB ports did not work. This caused difficulties in running oxygen equipment and charging other electronics. Restroom had a bathtub. Yes there was a bench but not convenient for reaching shower head. Once moved to handicapped room 119, I had a much better stay. 119 was spacious, included a couch. Roll in shower with portable shower chair. Staff friendly and helpful. Parking lot accessibility is concerning.'

'This is a place that could be really nice. It's location is great, but the logistics getting to and from the room are horrible. Since the only place to park is a garage and since they share the garage with multiple businesses, restaurants, etc. prepare yourself for the potential of a long walk around city sidewalks and construction to get back to the hotel. There is a "garage entrance" but that is only helpful if you can score a parking spot on the first level close to the door. We parked on...

'Stayed for eight nights and there were no bagels after four days in. The food attendant did feel free to hang around the clerk at the front desk though. The coffee was weak and flavorless. Everything seems worn and in need of repair or refreshing. Tiles in the toilet/shower area were loose. It felt as if I would step wrongly and dislodge them. The front desk clerks were indifferent. I felt lectured.'

'Our room was like a mother-in-law suite...it would have been great if we were staying several days. The lobby is underwhelming, the walk through the hallway to our room was hot, but the room was a pleasant surprise and we had a great night's sleep.'

'Our room and our friends room had a weird bathroom/sewage smell to it for the entirety of our stay. It seemed to be worse at evening time when we got back to our room from being gone all day.'

The parking lot was full of old goose poop which we had to dodge at every step. I understand that it is natural for animals to do that, however it was clear that no one had bothered to power wash or clean the parking lot in a long time.'
