Nice location, clean room but a bit small. Also no microwave or coffeemaker in the room. The pool is very small and is only for max 20 people at the neigbour-hotel.

Prima hotel op een heel leuke locatie. Vlak aan het strand en midden in het feest gebeuren in Miami beach. Leuk voor een paar dagen. We hebben genoten!

The person who checked me in was so indifferent to actually doing his job he told me all the wrong information so I planned my day around the information he gave me and because of that I ended up not being able to take advantage of the amenities in the hotel the employee told me the pool was closed at 11. It closed at 7:30 so I didn’t get to do that which was the purpose of the trip, also didn’t inform me that the bar that was not open in this hotel but in a sister hotel, also didn’t inform me that breakfast is also in that sister hotel not in the one I’m staying in. Don’t know why customer services is so hard for people in South Beach.

Overall it was a decent stay being directly across from the beach and Starbucks was a perk. The lounge are needs upgrading. Specifically on the front porch area. The lunch tables are out of touch and very uncomfortable to try and relax in.

Ein kleines schnuckeliges Hotel mit bequemen Betten und sehr nettem Personal an der Rezeption Insgesamt für kleines Geld direkt am Strand von Miami Beach unschlagbar.. Natürlich etwas in die Jahre gekommen und in den Gassen auf dem Weg zum Frühstück nicht sehr anschaulich.. Das Frühstück ist leider nichts besonderes aber wir haben alles erhalten.. Der Pool müsste mal richtig gesäubert werden an den Rändern aber unsere Kinder hatten sehr viel Freude dran und haben beide in dieser Zeit schwimmen und tauchen gelernt, was uns für immer in Erinnerung bleiben wird..

I wasn't sure what block the hotel was on, so I called and the person, John, who answered the phone was not much help. I asked him what the was the cross street(s) of the hotel, and at first, he said he didn't know and then said, "google it." That was the one thing, I thought was rude and unprofessional. However, once reaching the hotel, the lady at the front desk, was very welcoming. the Free breakfast is not on the hotel grounds, it's across the street, but it is worth it, it's a full breakfast (food well-seasoned) and good coffee. The hotel is a little dated, which isn't a big deal. The hotels itself and especially the room was very clean!

Das Hotel ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Grundsötzlich ist es von der Lage super . Das Frühstück ist schrecklich. Dies muss man im Präsidenten Hptel einnehmen. Es ist nur massenabfertigung und wie in einer Kantine. Die Bar im Hotel ist nicht mehr geöffnet und einen Pool darf man auch nur vom Nachbarhotel nutzen. Für einen kurzen recht preiswerten Trip reicht dieses Hotel vollkommen aber für eine längere Reise würde ich es nicht empfehlen

É ótima a localização! Está bem próxima da Lincoln Road e da praia! A Ocean Drive se tornou um boulevard em frente ao hotel, estando fechada para o trânsito de veículos, tornando ainda mais fácil o acesso à praia. Toalhas são oferecidas gratuitamente aos hóspedes para ir à praia. O café da manhã fica no Hotel President, que está localizado aos fundos (na Collins Avenue). Estava tudo muito delicioso! Os quartos só são limpos a cada três dias, mas podem ser limpos neste intervalo, caso o hóspede solicite.

They were so kind I had arrived On Miami Beach to unload car. Walked up the curb and tripped and fell broken arm and shoulder my husband went back to the hotel with paperwork from Hospital and they refuned all charges except that day. It was just perfect for our 5-night stay. Family of 3. I wish I could give more than 5 starts. The place is perfect but standard. This is a 3-star hotel but that has EVERYTHING you need. First LOCATION, LOCATION and LOCATION, Directly on Ocean Drive, the rooftop pool, the perfect but simple breakfast included, towels are always available, very clean, front terrace that you can use without having to buy a drink or meal and great staff. A special thank you to CARMEN for all the directions and made me discover the best coffee in the area. Here is good information to know. There are 3 hotels. You have access to all of them. The Penguin on Ocean Drive with the great terrace. There are no cars on that section of the street. So very calm and beautiful park and beach just in front. There is no bar and no restaurant that makes it even better since you can use the terrace as you want. Go grab a meal to take out with a bottle a wine and just enjoy it on the Terrace. The President Hotel on Collin. One minute walk. That is where you can get your breakfast and the bar. The President Villa on Collin. One minute walk. That is where you will find the pool. You have about 6 feet between building. So, no view from your room. We did not open the blinds for 5 days. Not a big deal for us. It just motivated us not to stay in the room. If you wish to have a balcony or more distance with the next hotel. Stay at the President Villa. WE WILL BE BACK

Great hotel location if you want to be on the beach all day or walk out into lots of surrounding dining experiences. Parking however was not so great. Closest parking lot is a block away so travel light or you will be carrying everything for a while.

Hotel was a good value. Our room was clean. Extremely small bathroom which we expected. Breakfast and pool are at the sister property via an alley. The included breakfast was pretty good; waffles, eggs, sausage, cereals, juices, coffee. The location is prime with the beach in front, dining and shopping in walking distance. It is a highly trafficked walking area so we felt safe walking after hours. I would stay here again.
