I wanted to get a room in Miami so I wouldn't have too far to drive to get the port for a cruise the next day. When I got there (around 9:15pm) there was no one available to check me in. Doors locked. Lights out. I tried calling the number on the door; it just rang and rang and no answered. I called the number on the reservation and got voicemail and no one returned the message I left. Ever. Not that evening and not any time after that. I tried doing the online check-in and "chat" they offered and NONE of it is helpful because THEY ARE GONE and not even manning any communications. So I had to find another place to stay at almost 10pm. When I contacted them to request a refund, they refused "due to their non-refundable policy". "Non-refundable" should absolutely apply if I wanted to cancel or if I was a no-show, but NOT IF THE HOTEL IS CLOSED. I don't know what their "policy" is, but the website shows, "Check-in end time: 10:00 PM". While I didn't get to see an actual room, I can say the parking IS TERRIBLE. Though they "offer an onsite restaurant", it probably closes early because if they're gone by 9pm the restaurant would have to shut down well before then. I would never even CONSIDER staying here and definitely would not recommend it to anyone. I hope the guests never need anything after 9pm or it doesn't catch on fire because they'll never know until the next day.

I liked the location and so did Amtrak because they were able to send me my luggage via Uber due to a mix up within 2 hours of me checking in. Room was awesome. There used to be a pool back in the day.

We were told by our airport transport driver this property was not in a safe part of town and to not wander too far from the motel on foot or after dark, so we were a little uneasy about the area being sketchy but we found ubering easy and inexpensive so we just ordered up ubers and alot of other guests all seemed to do the same when venturing out. Most importantly.... While in the motel room and on the motel property, we felt safe so that was not an issue at all. We enjoyed hanging outside in the breezeways/open areas, and visiting with friends and other guests. The beds were comfy, rooms were clean, shower was great, so bo complaints there AND, it ended up being a nice stay for us.

Came for Ultra. It was easy to access the bus heading into downtown. Staff was friendly. Biscayne boulevard has lots of shops and stores nearby. Price was economical too.

There was nowhere to eat on the premises. There is a restaurant there, but it is not opened for breakfast. Other than that, it was nice for enough for what you pay. The staff are very friendly and helpful to tell us where to go to eat close to the hotel.

Schöne Unterkunft je nach Verkehrslage auf dem Highway 1 mal mehr oder weniger laut. Nachts aber ok. Sehr gute Betten. Großer TV mit AirPlay. Top. Kann das Hotel problemlos weiter empfehlen! Bus Nummer 3 (local) und 203 (Express) um die Ecke. Kleiner Supermarkt ebenfalls 24h. Konnte sogar wegen dem Lufthansa Streik Problemlos verlängern um ein Tag. Danke.

I got an email asking me to check in online to make the actual check in quicker and smoother. I provided my credit card for the deposit and signed the paperwork. It stated that check in was at 1pm and you can check in early for $15 per hour before hand. We arrived at 11am and were told that check in was actually at 3pm and we couldn't check in early but they would hold our bags. I provided by ID to the gentleman and he said we were all set to come back at 3 and get our bags and keys to the room. We arrived at 3 and another lady was there. She couldn't find my reservation. The the same gentleman came in and found it in 2 seconds. Not sure what she was looking at. He gave us 1 key and our bags and off we went t our room. The room is nice and the bed was large and super comfortable. While I was in the restroom the same lady came up to our room and said we didn't check in. I had to go back down the office and sign paper again. What was the point of the online check in? When checking out in the morning we asked if they could store our luggage and they said yes but asked when we would be back. We have some excursions planned for the day and were planning on being back by 3. Then they asked if we could come earlier and we said we would try but wasn't sure if we could. Once we went back to pick up our luggage (past 3pm) there was another lady and she was super nice about picking it up late.

Great basic place to stay. It is a ride to any Miami attractions but has great restaurants close by. Blue Collar is amazing. Staff is super friendly and willing to hi the extra mile great value for money.

Extremely clean hotel, friendly host
My wife is tad sensitive about the cleanliness of a hotel, but she was perfectly satisfied with this hotel(she insisted on tipping 20 USD for housekeeping). They have more parking places along the hotel wall, so ask about them if the front yard parking is full. Host was very helpful and kind, helped me carrying my baggage up/downstairs to/from room. Fast wifi and smart TV was also my type. In-room microwave was handy. No shower curtain - means no foul bathroom odor. Bathroom amenity was also good. A few downsides : no coffee machine/electronic pot in room, check in was a little bit delayed(d/t cleaning), soundproof was not very good, and air conditioner was not strong enough for summer. Despite, this is very clean and friendly, cost effective hotel. Highly recommended.

Not good. You have to be buzzed into the lobby because they keep the door locked. That should tell you about the area. Room was clean. No amenities except bar soap and shampoo. Only look warm water in bathroom. No one on site to check it out. Doing construction at 9:00pm in the room next to us. No walking around in this area. Do not recommend.

Very nice people. Welcoming and engaging at check in. Room is simple. Even spartan. But spotless clean, stylish, spacious, in as new condition and everything works. The bed is very comfortable. Excellent television. It is set up for live tv and streaming as well. The restaurant is very comfortable. Nice people and excellent food.

This property is a SCAM. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM. im currently in the process of getting my money back from Expedia for booking with them in the first place. I booked and paid about a month and a half ago for my room. Get to a week out before the trip and i get an email from the hotel saying they need me to check in online and verify my card info? Why ? I already paid. Then,the morning of, I receive and email saying I was charged another $138??? And it was charged to a mastercard that i didn’t even recognized. I was super confused, so i called the hotel to get clarification but there was no answer. i go to check in online and they tell me that i’m able to check in at 1pm which i thought was great. However, i had a friend checking in before me and so i tried to call them in order to see if they would allow us to add her name to the reservation. Again, no answer. I called 13 different times and they answered maybe 3x and hung up almost immediately. I filed a complaint with Expedia and requested my money back. To make things even better, they decide to CALL ME multiple times at 11PM!!!!! And send me a text saying that it was time for me to check in and I had a code for my room, etc etc. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Seems like a trafficking scam to me..be ware.

I came Miami for surgery, and found the Motel at hotels.com being economical in price, the only purpose was to save money but it turns out to be a nice stay. I really enjoyed my 15 days stay. The manager and motel staff were amazing and cooperative. I will give 10/10.

Clean and recently renovated hotel provides best customer service! Our room was very comfortable and spacios, equipped with smart TV, fridge and microwave and the bathroom was brand new and very well-designed with a tub and rain shower.

am highly disappointed with my stay at the Biscayne Hotel for the following reasons. 1. The website was a misrepresentation of the hotel. The hotel looks like a motel for street workers. The floors were dirty. The bathroom had trash in it. We were unable to iron our clothes because there wasn't an iron or ironing board available. Also, one of the towels had long hair on it, so we were unable to use it. 2. The office staff was unavailable to assist guest until after 10 am. No one was in the office. The lights were completely out. There were several guest waiting outside to be checked in as I was waiting outside to request clean towels for my family. 3. My family slept on top of the covers fully dressed because we were so uncomfortable in the room. 4. We heard gun shots and sirens all night. 5. When my husband attempted to inform the manager of our concerns, the manager did not apologize for the problems. Instead he attempted to act as if the issues occurred due to my family's late arrival to check in. Although, I informed the hotel 2 weeks in advance of our late flight/late check in via phone and the the hotel's website. 6. It was not worth the money!!!
