Must be 25 years of age or older to rent. *All guests must abide by all home and HOA rules*

No Smoking. No Pets. Violators will be charged a fine of $500. A valid driver's license will be required for all person(s) over the age of 18 staying the rental home. A copy of each guest's insurance card must be provided also in order to operate the golf cart. Three days before arrival, a $500 golf cart deposit will be held. Any damage to the cart will be taken out of the deposit. If no damage, it will be released 5 days after departure.

Guest will also be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastline that will be emailed to them in order to stay in the rental home. All information provided is deemed to be correct but is subject to change.
