Even wennen, daarna prima
De eerste indruk is niet top, het duurt even voordat je dit hotel waardeert. De kamers zijn ouderwets ingericht, de donkere kleurstelling van de kamer ziet er niet fris uit, en als je aan de voorkant zit, gaat de straatherrie van Biscayne Blvd de hele nacht door. Maar... De wi-fi is beter dan je gewend bent in Amerikaanse hotels (hoewel nog steeds niet top), het personeel is ongelofelijk behulpzaam en vriendelijk, de schoonmaakploeg doet zijn werk goed en het "continental breakfast" is prima. De lobby waar het ontbijt geserveerd staat, wordt tijdens het ontbijt ook continu schoongehouden. En het relatief oude gebouw heeft karakter.

drukke weg geen oog dicht gedaan dat is erg jammer 10 dollar servicekosten voor wat je krigt aan ontbijt is het zeer teleurstellend.

Saai oud hotel. Moet helemaal opgeknapt worden.
Alles is standaard. Brood jogurt sap krijg je in een mandje. Jam boter en koffie zelf pakken .Krijgt geen borden .je moet met 1 broodje doen.

Its not glamorous or anything but it's decent enough. The a/c wasn't turning on when I first got there but I had to leave real quick to go to a show, and I was going to say something when I got back but by then it was on and stayed on the enitre time. I was there for 4 nights and nobody bothered me which I like. Some of these people writing reviews need to learn how to read because they HAVE A SIGN stating there is a $100 deposit, they HAVE A SIGN stating that nobody is going to go into your room when you aren't there and clean unless you specifically ask them to. Also the deposit, it shows up as a pending charge that falls off/gets put back into your account. It was by midnight the day I checked out that it showed the money going back. Y'all do realize sometimes these credit card companies take 5 to 7 business days to process this stuff but y'all are impatient and want to get on here and complain for no reason. There were no cockroaches, no bedbugs. Yes there was a hole in the comfortor on the bed. But I wasn't expecting Holiday Inn, I just needed a place to crash at night I actually spent my vaction in Miami doing stuff instead of sitting in a hotel room expecting room service from an old motel lol

The bedding wasn't clean. We stayed 5 nights, our room was cleaned two times. The microwave was outside by the office. You couldn't make a cup of coffee or tea. It was really dated. We call this a popdown place in my country.

This motel has a 3pm-11pm check-in window and asks that you inform them ahead of any late check-ins which we did. I called at 11:36am and spoke to the front desk informing them of an after midnight arrival. She stated that she would add a note to our booking on the computer to ensure they would be prepared. However, when we arrived we were informed that they gave our room away and had no rooms remaining. Through a stroke of luck a checkout occured after 45 minutes of my heavily pregnant wife and I scrambling to find another hotel. They ultimately cleaned the room and then billed us the full amount despite us getting in at arou d 3:45am after they made the error. The rooms are subpar quality at best. Do not stay here, stick to more well reviewed or reputable companies.

This place is a dump. Walls are paper thin, no elevator, smells and you can hear every car and motorcycle going by like its in the room. There are no cups for even getting water from the faucet, no coffee maker, and no desk. WOULD NOT RECCOMEND.

My boyfriend was using the bathroom and a roach starting crawling up his butt. He got up and found more around the toilet and bathroom and room. No remote in room, half clean room and bathroom. You can tell they just surface clean. In a trashy hood neighborhood and got the nerve to have a $100 hold deposit while you staying there. Would not recommend at all especially due to the roaches and them half cleaning the place.

I don’t know why there are negative reviews on this motel, but I found it to be quite nice. Perhaps the competition nearby is posting. While it’s not the Ritz the room was clean as well as the bathroom. As a plus, a block away there’s a nice coffee shop at the Chevron gas station. I’d stay here again.
