Where to begin with the negatives: Rooms extremely outdated and dirty. everyday something was not right: missing towels, missing coffee, missing coffee cups, missing hair dryer, missing hand and floor towels…reception completely unavailable when calling early morning (7-8). Worse hotel experience we’ve ever had. Only nice things were the beach, the service at the pool and all the valet guys.

I have been coming to the Royal Palm for years the staff is better than ever. Just solid good people. Alberto stood out particularly at the pool he's perhaps one of the best pool men on Collin's Avenue. The Beach crew was great too. The staff was helpful and put the guests first. Room was fine with good views and TV no complaints. Pool was warm but fine. I'll be back.

Omg! This property was amazing! I got back 3 days ago and I'm still thinking about my stay here. I took my husband for his birthday and he loved it very bit of his stay. The best part was the staff!!! So professional, friendly, amazing and they even upgraded our room when requested. We even booked an extra night we loved it so much. Free breakfast and complimentary drinks was also great! We will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Miami!

This property was fantastic the staff bent over backwards to do anything you needed. The only problem we had was on there website it says beach umbrella's are supplied with loungers but there was a fee.

Check in was great but once I got to my room, the door would not lock from the inside. There was no frig even though I requested one beforehand because I am diabetic and use insulin. The phone did not work, so I repeatedly had to go downstairs. Front desk would not pick up even when I used my personal phone. Will not stay there again.

They charged me 770$ for who knows what . Just appeared the charge on my credit card . They charge from things you never purchased. Beautiful views of the ocean, near the action, but away from the noise. Balcony is small, but view makes it worth it. Very comfortable room.
