The Space:

Located in Southern Broward County Florida on Hallandale Beach, next to the Intracoastal Waterway, Beachwalk Resort offers an outdoor pool and free WiFi. A 9-minute walk away is an entrance to the beach.



Our Studio apartment has two full beds, a mini fridge and a filter coffee maker. It features contemporary furnishings. The apartment will be equipped with the following:

-Bathroom: bath towels and toilet paper (if you need extra, you have to request it but it may have an extra cost). Please consider bringing toiletries and additional toilet paper for longer stays.

Washer/dryer and kitchen are not available for this type of unit. Wi-Fi access provided by the resort. Since this is a private unit and doesn’t include daily cleaning or hotel services If you want it, you have to request it through Airbnb message board. Extra cleaning has a cost.





This is a condominium hotel with a 24/7 reception.

The reception staff will give you a key card for the door, the elevator, the gym and the swimming pool.

Beach Service :

There is a white van that will drop you off and pick you up near the Hyde beach entrance: where the security kiosk is located next to Etaru restaurant. If you need to request the van from the beach to the building, just call the front desk and let them know you are waiting there. From the drop off point, you can either walk along the beach to the left to the North or you can cross the street and access the public path next to Tides. If you walk to the left you will find Esteban's place. He is identified with white and blue umbrellas and a kiosk where a photo ID will be requested. They are clearly identified with Esteban's Place signs.

The beach service includes:

-Two (2) Beach Chairs

-One (1) Umbrella

Remember that these items are SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY ( FIRST COME FIRST SERVE ) Once it runs out . If you want to rent more chairs and umbrellas, this has a cost of $40 you must ask for them at Esteban's place.

Guest access



You'll enjoy free access to the gym, lobby pool (private or shared) and beach. The rooftop pool is for owners only, not currently available for guests. The beach is located less than 5 minutes away from the building. There's plenty of restaurants nearby...

Other Things to Note:

Just a friendly reminder, during your stay please follow the house rules: -Treat the apartment as your own home, **** this is not a hotel, it is a private unit.*****

- Try to leave the unit in the same conditions in which you found it. You will find soap and toilet paper when you arrive, then you will need to provide your own toiletries (shampoo, soap, toilet paper, etc.) There are several shops located within walking distance.
