Villa Tropical is a gorgeous, centrally located home that will be your personal retreat in Miami. Professionally furnished and designed, the house is set at the heart of a peaceful residential neighborhood adjacent to Biscayne Park and Miami Shores and only 15 minutes from the beach and everything Miami has to offer. Relax by the pool and zen garden. Eat in the outdoor dining area or in the fully equipped kitchen. If you need to work, you'll love the detached home office with fast Internet.

The space
Villa Tropical is a newly remodeled home. The minute you step inside you'll be impressed with the wide open floor plan, sweeping views of the pool and patio, beautifully furnished rooms, and the modern kitchen and furniture. The house is large enough to sleep eight. The tropical backyard is very private, and the beautiful pool is large enough to swim laps in. The small palapa with its Zen garden is perfect for meditation and yoga. Have your morning latte in the patio by the master bedroom, and lunch in the large palapa. Tan by the pool, or work in the outdoor office. Stream a movie on one of the brand new TVs or play any Xbox game with the XBOX gamepass. With so much to do right here, you may never want to leave!

Other things to note:

* No parties or events, sorry!
* You'll have exclusive access to the entire property
* You'll be in a very central location in Miami - only a short drive from almost anywhere you'll want to go (you'll need a car/uber/taxi to get around).
* You'll have plenty of parking next to the house
* Expecting a guest or two? Please let us know in advance. Note that only the number of people on the reservation may stay overnight.
* One pet may be allowed with prior approval. Please let us know the type, breed and age of your pet before booking the property
* This property has separate weekly yard and pool maintenance visits, which may occur during your stay. They may be rescheduled upon request.
* This house may NOT be used for medical recovery
* Children must ALWAYS be attended when using the pool and the playground. If you have young children, keeping them safe is your responsibility!
