A post stay inspection of your guest room found no issues with your airconditioner. It was found set to Cool/Fan which would produce only a fan. AC's need to be set to Cool/Auto with the desired temperature set for the unit to function as an AC as opposed to a fan.Your feedback motivates us to continue delivering memorable experiences. Hoewel de ligging van het hotel perfect is, is het verder en verouderd hotel. Alle noodzakelijke service is aanwezig maar alles is verouderd. De kamers komen niet overeen met de foto's.

In such we have chosen furnishings that are inline with the Art Deco period. Please keep in mind that the Art Deco hotels lining Ocean Drive are boutique hotels and not the typical beige-box franchises you see everywhere else. Thanks again for staying at the Majestic Hotel. My only suggestion is to inform customers regarding the valet being a block away and all of the road closures due to Spring break.

Got there at 1 o’clock with one small duffel bag, told me I could not check in until four and she did not have room to hold my bag because she had a bunch of other bags. Came back at four to check in and there was only one lady checking people in and about 10 people in line. Took over an hour to check in. She was not very friendly. The restaurant was super busy and it felt like hotel. Guest were in the way of the restaurant staff trying to serve their customers. Other hotel staff never spoke or smiled or anything. She was not at all friendly until I checked out this morning , also had to park a block and a half away and carry luggage

The location of the property was great. Loved the walkway/park areas across the street. Not sure if the quietness at night was due to the fact that "Spring break" was over at the time of my arrival, but it was great for me! The check-in area is kind of tight but it seems all the hotels in the area were similar. The restaurant outside was a big plus. The food was excellent and the service was great. Noticed that restaurant was always full in comparison to others in the area. The rooms are not modern, per say, but it was very comfortable and the bottles of water were very welcomed, as they are needed in the warm weather.

Great location! Easy to walk to beach and around the area with plenty to do. Rooms are very small. Bathrooms are even smaller with no shelves or countertop to the sink, no toilet paper holder, touching the wall when you sit on toilet. Shower is an okay size. If you travel with girls who do makeup there is no spot to set up in front of any mirror. It does have the charm of an old building. I would definitely stay there again because of location and not much time is spent in room anyways.

This property is old, feels old, but interesting for the Art Deco style from the 40s. The rooms are spacious, but you can hear everything that goes on in the hallways. A couple of times I woke up when the neighbors went into their room, it sounded like they were coming into mine. There were also some revelers that came in around 2am that added to the noise. Our bed was very hard and on metal frames which didn't give much. The TV in our room didn't work (not that we watch much TV anyway). The staff is friendly and try to help, but most don't speak English or English is not necessarily their primary language (this is not a problem, just an observation. have translation apps available). The area around this hotel is very expensive as far as food is concerned, and has a very large and eclectic selection within walking distance. The elevator is quaint and has fun charm, but takes a bit to get used to. The best part of this hotel is the beach being right across the street. This makes this a great location if you love the beach. Our windows didn't look out on the beach and that would have been nice, but not a ding on the property.

There was a fist fight outside of my room at 1 am and it was loud. Lots of partying going on. Not some where you would stay to relax. Other then that that room was nice and the location was great.

Mixed bag at this property. Staff was very helpful, but first floor rooms are very noisy because they are off the main restaurant areas .doors separating the lobby/restaurant from the hallway don’t dampen sound— we heard people all night long. But I guessing upper floors are quieter. Beds were not good. Really hard and not very plush linens. Tiny bathroom (old building— to be expected), but had to run water for 7-8 min before we got hot water. Quirky stay— but the location can’t be beat and the valet team was great! Good for adult travelers but wouldn’t recommend for families with small children.

Please note that most hotels along Ocean Drive have dinning establishments in their entrances. This provides for a variety of nearby options for guests to enjoy. In some cases this takes up more lobby space which we have found most guests do not utilize. We are located in the entertainment district and therefore cannot guarantee a noise free environment. We truly hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

Typical hotel in South Beach, small with a restaurant out front, limited space to move around. Unfortunately this place has an electrical issue as power went out our first night, and was out for awhile. Had to get dressed in the dark, no generator. The next morning, lights kept flickering off and on. Highly doubt I’ll stay here again. For $300 /night I’d expect better.

The local power company was experiencing an outage in the area and was making repairs to underground equipment. This resulted in many business experiencing the outage and flickering while they were working. We truly hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust in the future.

This property is completely different than advertised. It's old, nasty, smelly and rotten all over. The staff doesnt provide any service. The hotel is not even a one star hotel. Even for free I wouldn't have wanted to stay here.
