The living, dining, and kitchen areas flow openly. A modern kitchen features wood-grain cabinetry and integrated appliances. The bedroom has a blue and white geometric accent wall. -The building is undergoing façade repairs throughout the year
-Balconies are closed and cannot be used
-Views from the unit will be blocked
Cellophane/protective covering may be placed on windows, significantly limiting visibility and natural views
-Construction workers may be visible on the exterior during daytime hours
-Noise may occur between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM
-Balcony furniture is not permitted during this period.
-The building may issue fines of up to $3,000 if furniture is placed on balconies.
