➤ IMPORTANT NOTE FOR 1 WEEK STAY OR LONGER:

Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.



Guest Access:

➤ Please note that there is a separate empty room located in the patio area, which is closed and off-limits to guests. Other than that, the guests will have access to the entire unit. Please make yourself at home.



➤ Free private driveway parking is available for up to 3 vehicles (No street parking).

Miami Gardens offers a relaxed residential setting with a local feel while keeping you within easy reach of the excitement of the greater Miami area. The neighborhood is surrounded by established homes, greenery, parks, shopping, and everyday conveniences.



Sports and entertainment are a big draw nearby, with Hard Rock Stadium and major event venues within a convenient drive. Miami Lakes is also close by, offering additional restaurants, shops, parks, and places to explore.



For a day out, you can easily reach popular shopping destinations and attractions throughout Miami-Dade and Broward County. Major roadways nearby make it simple to explore the beaches, nightlife, dining, and entertainment that South Florida is known for.



Getting Around:

➤ Car: Having a car is the easiest way to explore Miami Gardens, Miami, and surrounding areas, with convenient access to major roads and highways.



➤ Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are convenient options for getting around without driving.



➤ Metrobus: Miami-Dade Transit operates multiple bus routes throughout Miami Gardens and connects to shopping areas, employment hubs, and rail stations.



➤ Tri-Rail: Golden Glades and nearby rail connections provide access toward Miami, Fort Lauderdale, and West Palm Beach.

Other Things to Note:

➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, i cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, i cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away, it will be returned to the sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you.
