Goed hotel. Kamers zijn ruim en vooral de kamers met balkon zijn plezierig. Restaurant en bar stellen niet veel voor. Echter op loop afstand is er een ruim aanbod aan bars en restaurants.

We booked this hotel for one night, the day before flying back home. We stayed before in miami beach and orlando, so decided to stay last night at coconut grove which seemed nice on photo. But coconut grove nit that spectacular and very dissappointed in cocowalk. Looked like a nice entertainment and dinner center, but is a very old and depressive place... wouldn't recommend this hotel, but it was ok for one night and we got a very nice rate. Hotel rooms and lobby are redecorated and up to date. But shower was old and hallways of the hotel + room doors also very outdated. Conclusion: ok hotel, but not the location you want to be when going to miami or miami beach. it's a 20 minute drive from miami beach... where the cool stuff happens.

The tennis courts were unsightly and they had tiny fruit flies that were buzzing around all over the entire hotel.

The rooms are extremely small and the bathrooms are even smaller. There seems to be no monitoring of noise from rooms--when we arrived at 3am, very loud music was coming from the room next door. The most frustrating thing about this hotel was the poor elevator service. Of the three elevators, one was monopolized by the cleaning/linen service and one was out of service. This left only one operating elevator to service a building with over 17 floors.

nice place but ....
Nice property with good sized room and good location. They made us wait a very long time for check-in. Breakfast system was very complicated and guest unfriendly, but we finally managed to get our promised free breakfast every day. Overall things could run more smoothly I would say.

The hotels front desk staff especially a clerks are rude, short with guests, dismissive and disrespectful- they are awful. They treats guests as if they are lucky even speak with her. I won’t recommend this hotel. Your cleaning staff does not speak English so there is no way to interact with them. Your bar staff was kind but the front desk charged us for water we should have received complimentary- don’t stay here!

The Valet was absolutely awful the property was dirty where they park the vehicles with all kinds of trash. My tire was punctured by a rusted nail They chose not to do anything but be extremely rude and one of the employees stole my credit card information and we had to make a police report it was an absolute awful stay

My boyfriend is a smoker and asked the front desk where he can smoke. He was advised outside on the right side of the hotel. When checking out he went outside to smoke prior and then came upstairs to help with our luggage. The house keeper was standing there when we walked out less than 5 minutes later. Our card was charged $200 for a smoking in a room fee. The housekeeper stated that it smelled like smoke in the room when she went in. Obviously it would smell like smoke if he literally just finishing smoking and walked in to grab the luggage. It's common sense and I've been going back/forth with them. They are very unprofessional and dismissive over the $200. If I could give zero stars I would.

Property was great. Only issue for us it was to cold. Turned the air off but still cool. Hot water issue in shower. And my quirk the tops for the disposal coffee cups did not fit. Wanted to take a hot cup of coffee out with me but the lid didn’t fit.😌
