Dit was mijn 3e keer in dit hotel en het is dit keer erg tegengevallen. De badkamer was ontzettend klein en de kamer is in 6 nachten maar 1x schoongemaakt (terwijl ik er 3x om gevraagd heb!). In alle andere hotels werd onze kamer gewoon dagelijks schoongemaakt, maar hier doen ze dat (zogenaamd vanwege covid) niet meer. De enige reden waarom dit hotel nog draait is de locatie. De service is slecht, de medewerkers aan de front desk zijn ook totaal niet behulpzaam. Ze zitten achter in het kantoor te klooien op hun telefoon en het lijkt wel alsof je ze stoort als je een vraag hebt. Alleen de schoonmaaksters waren vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De parkeertarieven zijn ook belachelijk hoog. Klagen heeft geen zin, want je krijgt een standaard antwoord van de manager, maar vervolgens verandert er niets.

Rooms are filthy and disgusting. Smell of mold is all over the hotel and in rooms. Booked a deluxe suit thinking i will have my money's worth, but the place was full of mold and the room is facing a building that blocks even the light. Left next day and thanks to expedia i got a full refund.

This was an older hotel however for the most part it was clean. The biggest downfall was it was a very small hotel with very few amenities. I cannot believe that the one and only bar they had closed at 5:30 PM. The location was very nice and easy to navigate around the city.

Smell in Lobby was great but the smell in the room was terrible. You can only get wash cloths from front desk which was very inconvenient. And the air conditioning was terrible our room was hot we had to call the front desk to fix it.

The two girls in the front desk are the rudest in THE WORLD!!!! They denigrate you very bad, they should train them for a good costumer service, that’s unacceptable, definitely I won’t be back any other time because of their treatment to people. Staff on the restaurant is very nice though, they should learn from them. I am not the only one, people were complaining a lot of the front desk girls, they are racist people!!!! They charged me 160 Dlls and they told me that it wasn’t their fault

Right on the broadwalk beachfront in mid Mia Bch. Excellent to walk or bike. Hotel pool is tiny and cloudy....lots of kids in over the weekend. Room looked clean and updated but bed pillow was stinky.

We stayed for 3 nights and we had a great time. The resort is on the beach so it was quite easy to be on the beach whenever we want to. The pool side bar is nice and the pool itself is family friendly and well maintained. Definitely recommended for families.

The pool area and beach were very nice. Our room, while no view other than the building next door, was comfortable. Often noisy but tolerable for us. Found a great restaurant a few blocks away we ate at all 3 nights we stayed called The Tavern in the Croyden hotel.
